Cabal Online PH Leveling Reward Opening

I want play this Cabal, but I'm with an error when I try to open the Cabal main/launcher... The error said: "Update fail"... I put of everything on my computer... Like a Windows defender, firewall, and the antivirus... But the error appears again... Can you help me to solve this? Please.

What I normally do in that situation is restart my PC then turn off all antivirus and all then run cabal ph as admin.

They lucky lots of player can't play now because of lockdowns only the player have own PC or laptop can play
