Why aren't the 345s going all the way to Heathrow, only Hayes & Harlington?

Wesleythebear-Js well from December 15th the 345s will go to Reading
However Heathrow not at the moment until likely next December because of issues running then on the ETCS signalling system that the 332s on Heathrow express run on although they will eventually be replaced by 12 modified class 387s from GWR itself.
