Hi Jennie! I'm so glad you are still watching. Thank you soooo much. And thanks too for recognizing the work that goes in to things. It's all so worth it when I hear that it makes a difference to you. Thank you again. Much love, Cheri

I've expanded into watching this and mudlarking. Ya never get too old or too decrepit to experience something new on TH-cam, I always say!!! I got my popcorn... now let's get on with the show!!!
That's marvelous!! And I totally agree that we are never too young or old to learn, especially from TH-cam. I've learned how to prune apple trees, grape vines, crochet, knit, garden, and so many other things. My latest learn is jewelry. 😊
@BlessedBaubles Old disabled house bound dusty rusty rockhound here: No particular time stamp... I enjoyed it all. I love getting to go through all that jewelry with you. It's as good as being there myself. My new relaxing indulgence is a big bowl of popcorn and watching your videos. I love all things about rock... from stone to gemstone... from wearing to collecting. I'm not tech savvy, and I enjoy the pace of your videos. It's pace I would go if I were doing it myself. Keep up the good work!!!
@BlessedBaubles Oh, I don't remember the time stamp of the agates. Next time I'll not the episode and time stamp. Agates are a microcrystalline quartz... that's why they polish up so shiny. Agates and Jaspers are 2 of my favorite gem stones. My favorite crystalline gemstones are Morganite and Rhodochrocite. My motto: " I never met a rock... I didn't like! Hi there, I’m new here and omgosh this is such a cool channel. Approximately 45yrs ago my grandma had beautiful cans full of costume jewelry sitting on her fireplace hearth. Well whenever we would have a family get together (holidays) the adults would get together & play cards, meanwhile instead of running a muck, my cousins & I would all plop down in front of the fireplace and play with the jewelry❤ my grandma would tell us all in private that we could take one piece of jewelry home, BUT don’t tell the other cousins because you were special🥰 I still love sorting through jewelry. Even my own jewelry cabinet lol I think it’s great therapy because it’s very calming. I think my grams knew exactly what she was doing. Putting well fed children in front of a warm/cozy fireplace too.
Hello and thank you for sharing this fantastic story!! How blessed you are to have had such a Grams! And she let you take one home? Wow!! That is amazing. Yes, it does sound like she knew exactly what she was doing. But can you imagine letting kids play with your jewelry these days? And letting them take a piece home? The vintage jewelry is so well made that it could be done back then for sure. I am going to enjoy the memory of your wonderful story for a long time. Thank you so much for sharing with all of us. Truly, Cheri Blessed Baubles 😊
I am a new viewer and have enjoyed watching you unboxing all that beautiful jewelry. I have been collecting since I was 5 years old. I am now 68. Just love it and have picked up so much knowledge over the years. Keep up the good work!
Wow! You must really know your jewelry! Thanks so very much for the very kind comment. I did not grow up knowing jewelry at all. I often wish I had. But I’m learning now, and enjoying it very much. Thanks so much for watching, and feel free to add your great knowledge any time! We’d all love it!
Lol. That's a good idea. I did try that, but taking the time to look up at a chart ends up feeling like a long time for the viewers to wait. So I try to just learn what i can, put aside what i don't know, research it, then tell what i found on the next video. 👍
Those carnelian earrings will look so good alongside your ring! You totally deserve first dibs of all the beautiful jewelry! Some really awesome pieces in this bag 👏 and beautiful earrings waiting for their mates. Can't wait for the next video! ❤
Hahah. Waiting for their mates. The carnelian earrings are so gorgeous. I should have shown them closer up. They have real pearl, a hunk of sterling bead, another stone bead, and that nice big piece of carnelian. 😍 I tried to wear them today but they aren’t for me. :( They hang just a bit to long for me. But I’ll keep looking and I’ll pick a few treasures as i go. Thanks for the love. You are a treasure!
Thank you! I haven't seen too many like it. I love how the artist planned the piece or two pieces of abalone to compliment each other. I always thought it was quite stunning. I'm glad to know that you can appreciate it too. Thanks again.
You are soooo excellent at untangling chains . It takes a lot of coordination, and I notice that you very rarely drop anything. It’s a pleasure watching you. 😊
This is such a wonderful and high compliment. Things like this are what keep us TH-camrs going. Thank you so very much. I'm very glad you and your hubby are here.
You are the first person to respond to my request about the bracelets!! Thank you! They are all still on. Lol. Been thinking of moving 2 of them to the right wrist. Maybe my son will help me do that. Thanks a bunch!
That carnelian looking stone bracelet could be agate. Oh, that abalone ring is stunning!!! How lucky was that?! I also love the cherry red moonglow lucite bracelets, that gorgeous necklace style lanyard, that fabulous red coral necklace and that rock crystal necklace, too!!! 🤩
Hello Miss.Cheri, love your sub sign. That would be something I would do, not up to date with tech stuff either but kudos to you for overcoming. I'm happy your son pushed you to do ur YT channel. Been watching you from the beginning & wish you much success. You got this.
You have such a cool channel. I just subscribed.. I went through all my jewelry and kept what I want to wear. I put old stuff in a bag to do an art assemblage. I'm not sure of what glue to use or what base. THANK YOU!
Hi Donna, Thank you so much for the very kind words. I'm glad you are enjoying the channel and I'm glad you are here. Before you make something from your jewelry, did you make sure some of it isn't rare or worth a lot? You never know until you check it out. As for the glue, I don't know either. But I bet if you searched for a good TH-cam video, you might find one on that subject. Thanks and have a great week.
I’d take off the largest beads the rest look lovely together. I just started watching you -my first video. Very enjoyable. I did not see last video as this is my first. I’m in Canada-does that matter I wonder. Anyway enjoying watching you. 👍2 months ago I figure most things sold. Still so great to watch 👍💕
Hello Nitcha! So happy to have you here! If you go to my channel and click on the "videos" tab, it will take you to a list of my videos in the order they were posted. I hope that helps. If you see things you love, its always worth an email to me because you never know what is still here. Thank you for taking the time to write a comment. The support is very much appreciated!
@BlessedBaubles those pendants look like they'll be beautiful, I only saw the backs of then. And whatever that purple gem was is probably pretty! I may have even see some rings? At least 1, looked to be gold toned. Excited to see what all treasures await
Thank you! I think it was. If you can give me a timestamp I'll be able to go right to the pieces and see what you are referring to. Thanks again! SO generous of you to share your knowledge. 😊
Ooooh! Awesome info! I don't know how I missed this comment. Can you post a time stamp so myself and others will be able to quickly go to the piece you are talking about? Thanks!
Good Morning Cheri. Just a little fun tidbit. The larger of the two skull necklaces at the beginning of the video is a replica of the necklace that character Elizabeth Swann wore in the first Pirates of the Caribbean Movie. :)
Someone yesterday pulled a large GOLD hoppy out of her bag!!!!!! Then followed by 2-3 pr of smaller GOLD hoops! Then a bunch of st silver! Great bag!😀👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
With the matching earrings? They are so pretty, and much prettier in person. I’d better get those on eBay in time for spring! Thanks so much for watching and for the lovely comment.
Hi Debbie, Were you able to find my store? I'm sorry that I missed your comment! I usually answer every single one. The link is in the videos Description section, just under the video's title. Or you can email me at CapeCodEbayGirl@gmail.com And my store name on eBay is CapeCodAtticTreasures. I'm sort of starting a Blessed Baubles eBay store but it doesn't get near the looks my long time eBay store does. Thanks again and keep me posted. 👍
Hello Jackie, Yes! I do ship out of country. Just email me as stated in the videos and we'll go from there. This video that you have commented on is an older video. So if you'd like to shop some of my jewelry, try to watch the newer videos. Anything from the 23 pound series and newer. However, jewelry like Sterling Silver may still be available even from older videos so feel free to ask. Thank you!! Hope to see you in the email.
You know, I knit and crochet too, and a very nice yarn is called Roman. So, for a minute, I was like… is this Roman? Or am i mixing it up with the yarn name. 😂 Thanks very much for sharing.
wow, i thought no one would comment, but you are the 2nd person. They are all still on. Lol I think I’m developing muscles in this arm from their weight! 😂
Thanks you for watching. So, you don’t yell at your screen? I sometimes do when I’m watching other TH-camrs. Lol. I yell, “No! Test it right now! i wanna see!” Or I yell, “Its a ______!” Or I yell, “The other one is right there in the bag!” Hahaha. Such fun.
Thanks Amy. I just assumed people knew that I only open the jewelry on video. so, I’m glad i talked about it. That’s why comments are so great.. I get to explain the method to the madness and others get to give their opinions too. 👍🏼
Thank you CJ. You’re too sweet. I was getting worried that my videos are too long and started apologizing for that. I still think they were getting too long but perhaps I can discipline myself to stop at a certain time and save it for the next video. But its so hard to stop looking! Haha
😂 The things I come out with, then I put them on a public channel!! Haha Glad you got a chuckle. We all need that these days. Thank you so much for watching and for the lovely comments. ❤
Hi, Cheri. The bracelet at 12:45 looks like carnelian beads. Garnet is usually a darker, more consistent color gem whereas carnelian colors vary from yellow to orange, peach, red, brown and green. They can even be a variety of colors within the same stone. The round beads are probably coral. The bracelet at 18:28 is probably chalcedony agate beads. The red bracelet at 21:50 could be red moonstone, since the stones exhibit adularescence (the characteristic moonstone "glow"). I believe the key lanyard stones at 25:11 are chrysocolla although they could be Amazonite. Both are blue-green stones that can have inclusions in them, or can be in purer forms. The "chip" bracelet at 28:12 is gray chalcedony agate. The blue and white bracelet at 29:54 is sodalite. I have one very similar to it. 30:12 is dark green aventurine, or green chalcedony. 30:31 is red jasper. 31:08 milk quartz. 31:56 looks like pink jasper agate.
Hi Anna, i LOVE LOVE LOVE that you give me timestamps so I can go look at what you are referring to!! Yes, the first bracelet is Carnelian. I just sold that. Its very beautiful and just as you described... with many colorations. Awesome! The second one you referenced was very cool! It was almost leopard print! I sold that whole lot of them for way too cheap, but I'm very happy for the person who got them. The third one you referenced was acrylic. I thought it was more like Moon Glow. What do you think? There was one that was cherry red, and another that was more of a ruby red. SO FUN! I love your info. Its so kind of you to post such thorough info! I wish I had you next to me when I'm opening some of these boxes of jewelry! lol Thanks again Anna. I'm sure everyone who reads this will appreciate the info, too. I started a Facebook group. I'm hoping people like you will come on over and help us learn more about jewelry. That would be really fun.
@@BlessedBaubles you said that the second item I referenced was almost like a leopard print stone. In that case, it's not gray chalcedony. (I really couldn't see those stones very well in the video, still I apologize for the misidentification of them.) If those stones at 18:28 have little circular patterns in them then they are Petoskey stones.
Garnets display the colours you described for carnelian.Green garnet , for example,is valuable.I think you have simply become confused between garnet and carnelian.Pyrope, a kind of garnet, is often nit only fairly light, but more orange.
Will Do. Let me know the TimeStamp so I can quickly go to the piece you are referring to. The shows aren't live, but were recorded and posted quite a while ago. But I still appreciate any info. Just need those timestamps if you can. Thanks!!
Thank you very much! Would you mind giving me a time stamp so I can go back and see the one you are speaking of? I appreciate your expertise very much, and especially that you took the time to comment because it helps us all. ❤
Do real pearls loose their outer side over time? You mentioned pealing....I've never heard that before....were you kind of joking ? Im new to the world of jewelry...well kind of...im enjoying several of your videos tonight! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!❤😊
Hi Molly, that is a big question but a good one. Faux pearls can peel. They are usually made of resin or glass and have a coating on them. That's why looking at the bead holes, or drill holes of pearls can help tell us if the pearls are real or not. As for real pearls they have layers of nacre and that can certainly chip or wear away too, but not in a peeling way. I hope that helps. Feel free to ask again if I didn't get to all you were asking.
Wow! I'm giving good prices tonight then. Happy for those who get the items for sure. Thank yo for sharing. Do you think I'm right about the label saying 18K electroplate?
@@patriciajacome8229 That’s ok. I may be wrong in assuming the label meant electroplate. After all, electroplate was done years ago. Not a modern thing, is it? You may have it right after all. 👍🏼😁
Wait… lol. Now I’m even more confused. I thought you were commenting on the SYLCA I show in the video I posted tonight. Lol. Now I’m realizing this comment was left on an older video… 38 Lbs video. Wow. That’s funny! What a coincidence. Can you tell me the timestamp for the piece you are taking about in this video? Lol. This is fun! 🤭😄
I'm so confused now myself! I WAS talking about the SYLCA necklas at 35.50 on the video Episode 4. I didn't hear anything about 18K gold filled.@@BlessedBaubles
Hi, I just happened on your detangling video and really liked it. I love to do the same thing! I subscribed to your channel and hope you make your goal very soon. I bought a quart baggie of random costume jewelry recently on a TH-cam auction for $9. I had 4 necklaces all tangled up and it to me several hours to get them apart. To my amazement there was a Tiffany and Co necklace that was sterling as well as the other 3 necklaces were sterling but not marked with makers names. I was so happy 😊 and am feeling very blessed. Thanks for your entertaining content.
Woo hoo! So happy for you! Great job going out there and getting what you enjoy doing. And you got some goodies! So so happy for you. You ready to make some videos?
THAT'S the word I had in the recesses of my cranial but couldn't get it to come out of my mouth. Lol Jasper!! I had a brain cramp night but I sure had fun! Hope you did too.
Cherish help me please. I am very new at this I love your channel. But when I went into the Goodwill website the jewelry was so expensive I almost had a heart attack I don't have much to spend but I would like to know what you did when you started out. Jewelry has been my favorite thing since I can remember but I was never able to indulge. Now I have cancer and it would be a great thing to keep me occupied and make a little money please help😢
Dear Mom1257. Please write to me and I'll be happy to help you as much as I can. There's just not enough room in the comment section for us to talk back and forth. So.. write to me, ok? Looking forward to it.
I had so much trouble uploading my video ☹️ Took me 6 hours of it loading, but it failed loading and had to start all over again loading it. That's why it's on so late. Bummer. But I hope it's still fun for you all.
Hi! It's more fun to see you open the bag and dig in it with us.
More to come!
Why throw anything away? Put in the craft cup. I use scraps for all sorts of ideas.
Watching you open the bag and going through it with you is the whole reason I watch. I live vicariously and the finding of treasures brings me near as much joy as it brings you I dare say. Yes I love being in on the whole process. Just started watching and find it exciting but also very relaxing. Informative too. Good stuff 👍
😊
Absolutely adore how you clean and organize your items before posting your videos. You voice is very calming as well. Love the selection of jewelry as well. I know it takes a lot of time and research. My husband and I watch you before going to bed. Sending big warm hugs to you Cheri.
Hi Jennie! I'm so glad you are still watching. Thank you soooo much. And thanks too for recognizing the work that goes in to things. It's all so worth it when I hear that it makes a difference to you. Thank you again. Much love, Cheri
Thank you for letting me watch you open the bag. It has been a joy to watch these beauties open up!
So happy you are here.
Sorry it's so late.
I had such trouble uploading the vid :(

I like how you do you little craft jars.
Thanks! I guess others do too because they were getting fought over! In a nice way. Lol
I would wear them all. They look good together.
Pretty jewelry, right?
Thanks so much for watching and for the great comment.

A lot. lol
Hey Cheri, You are rockin it!!😊😊❤
Thanks Valerie! You were such a big part of my confidence to keep going on my channel. Thank you so much!
The green stone necklace/earring set is possibly Malachite.

The pink bracelet is probably rose quartz or morganite. ❤❤❤
Thanks Kathy.
Can you give me a timestamp so I can go to the piece and see which one? Thanks!

However, jewelry like Sterling Silver may still be available even from older videos so feel free to ask. Thank you!! Hope to see you in the email.
At 1:10:30, wrap bracelet marked RMN is made by ROMAN.
You know, I knit and crochet too, and a very nice yarn is called Roman. So, for a minute, I was like… is this Roman? Or am i mixing it up with the yarn name. 😂
Thanks very much for sharing.

I yell, “No! Test it right now! i wanna see!”
Or I yell, “Its a ______!”
Or I yell, “The other one is right there in the bag!”
Hahaha. Such fun.

Thank you CJ. You’re too sweet.
I was getting worried that my videos are too long and started apologizing for that.
I still think they were getting too long but perhaps I can discipline myself to stop at a certain time and save it for the next video. But its so hard to stop looking! Haha

Butterfly is reverse embroidery
Would you please add a time stamp so I can benefit from what you are sharing? Thank you so so much. :)
You are wondering about blue ,white /greenish.that is Sodalite.
Yes. Thanks so much for sharing.
I also said, “you shouldn’t do a video when you have a brain cramp.” Lol
I appreciate you taking the time to share. ❤
I wish I had you next to me when I'm opening some of these boxes of jewelry! lol
Thanks again Anna.
Would love to have the ‘rose’ ring.15?

Take the chain off until you put on charms ❤❤❤
Hi Kathy,
Which do you mean? Can you give me a timestamp so I know what piece you are responding to? Thank you!
30:01 looks like sodalite.
THAT’S it! Sodalite!
What did i say? “You shouldn’t make a video when you have a brain cramp.” 😂
Thanks SO much for taking the time to share.
@@BlessedBaubles 😁

Will Do. Let me know the TimeStamp so I can quickly go to the piece you are referring to. The shows aren't live, but were recorded and posted quite a while ago. But I still appreciate any info. Just need those timestamps if you can. Thanks!!
Hello! I'm a mineral collector and jewelry maker. Your bracelet looks to be carnelian agate.
Thank you very much!
Would you mind giving me a time stamp so I can go back and see the one you are speaking of?
I appreciate your expertise very much, and especially that you took the time to comment because it helps us all. ❤
I think it is a jasper agate bracelet.
The rainbow ones look like chakra at 23 minutes
I prefer watching you unfold your items. Well, opennot unfold.
SYLCA: Handmade in Philippines. $40 to $75 range
Wow! I'm giving good prices tonight then. Happy for those who get the items for sure. Thank yo for sharing. Do you think I'm right about the label saying 18K electroplate?
Sorry...didn't see that part. @@BlessedBaubles
Or leave two smallers.
Malachite 💚
👍
Hi Cheri can u pls turn ur volume a little bit higher coz sometimes i can't hear ur prize

Jasper!!
I had a brain cramp night but I sure had fun!
Hope you did too.
Cherish help me please. I am very new at this I love your channel. But when I went into the Goodwill website the jewelry was so expensive I almost had a heart attack
I don't have much to spend but I would like to know what you did when you started out.
Hi Cheri 🙌 ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Linda! ❤
I had so much trouble uploading my video ☹️
Took me 6 hours of it loading, but it failed loading and had to start all over again loading it.
That's why it's on so late.
Bummer.
But I hope it's still fun for you all.
Hi Sherry!
Hi!!
I feel like it's getting close to time to do love videos!
But I'd want to talk to you all and probably wouldn't get to the jewelry. 😂
Leave them all
Leave? Or love?

i was tempted to make sounds and fly them to the earring board. Haha
Is from the pirates of the Caribbean
Can you give a time stamp? I'd love to go back and know what piece you're talking about. I've had several skull pieces in these unboxings.
Thanks!!
Stretchy Bracelet looks like carnelian agate.
