Hi. These are all really good ideas and thanks for sharing. For me, I need something to help get me.going or moving in the right direction to be able to add a lot of these ideas in your video. So, can you give me three basic steps to take to get me going, per say. Like what do I do the first thing when I wake up on a work day? And what is the first thing I do on an off day from work? What do I do midday? And maybe what do I do in the evening before bed? I don't have anyone I can do this with. I'm healthy and have an ample amount of free time on the weekends, including Fridays. Help me get going please. I want to be more successful in life. Thank you
I recommend reading God's Word (The Holy Bible) and praying to God daily, for you (if you have not been doing so) and for everyone who reads this comment (assuming someone who does not do this reads my comment) and has the ability but does not do so. And I pray for anyone who does not read my comment but has the capability (to read God's Word and pray to God daily) and does not do this, to start doing so. Amen! 🙏🙏🙏
Hi. Most of your tips are designed for ADHDers. Shadowing, music is having more than one thing at a time to focus, Triggers. But some I don't know how to do having ADHD like having a planner or following checklists (I often forget them). Could you do a special video for people with ADHD?.
Thank you Dan. I just turned 49 and for a few years i felt lost in life, your videos are making me believe in myself again.l, that i can get back on track.
I just turned 48 and I just discovered this video too and it has changed my perspective about who I am what I can do and will this 2025 and beyond God willing of course. I appreciate you sharing the experience you had with this video too. I am cheering you on!
I just turned 48 and I lost myself in life since the Covid-19 outbreak, and I just lost job in last year. Confused, depressed and desperate! Now, struggling to hunt for a job or a business that I can do. Really hope that I can find the road of re-fresh start.
Just discovered your content, as an ADHD person with an addictive personality I find your story very relatable. Thank you for all of this content, you are motivating me to overcome my alcoholism
When I first started watching your videos I thought; "Thats nice Dan but I dont have a million dollar business and all these opportunities and I'm a musician and my business isn't about making other people rich", yet, it totally could be. I kept watching because deep down I realized I just had to transfer these ideas to my unique situation. Fitness and the gym, take care of your self first to be better at everything else. Outsourcing, (I am now doing). So much more, every single bit of it transfers when I use my creativity, its amazing! Thank you. 🙏
When I have no motivation, I find it easy to clean the house or do the dishes. It's not always productive per se but it needs to be done and it's not a waste of time! I also feel better afterwards! That in itself can often pull me out of a slump.... I am a procrastinator when I am not in control of my current situation 😢 but I am honest with myself ❤
WHY THE F'K would you say those things aren't productive?!!!! 1st, if you DIDN'T do those things, you'd qualify for the next Hoarders episode. 😐 And 2nd, it's THOSE tasks that if they weren't done while I was at home with my two kids under two, my husband would politely flip his wig cause, I mean, I wasn't doing anything else. Getting THOSE types of tasks done were, & frankly still are, my litmus test of whether or not I'm "BEING PRODUCTIVE." So I don't care what all the motivational videos or books in the world say, THAT'S PRODUCTIVE, in more ways than one, so give yourself more credit. 😒 Pshhhh.....
Those videos are all amazing, but they all share the same theme: "I got rich, that's why you Should buy my book!" It's the same message from all emerging TH-camrs! If I were really that rich, I would focus on helping others who are just starting out. I would offer as much as I could for free, not take advantage of vulnerable and obviously struggling people to boost my own fortune!

A lot if success gurus say youll never feel ready so just jump out there and get out of your comfort zone. The reality is most people just arent going to do it. What then is the answer: realize that just moving is success and just start taking the smallest steps while remaining in your comfort zone. Do this until youve built out your readiness base then go in from your new expanded comfort zone. I think many people will do this and feel good about it.
I raised $75k and Matthew D Heck is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car just last weekend, My journey with him started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in debt then told me about him and how to change my life through him. Mr Matthew is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good business, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!

Just watched your video on 8 productivity hacks-such an awesome and impactful piece! The lessons like buying back your time, having a purpose, shouting out your goals, creating checklists or systems to save time, and using triggers to build habits are incredibly practical and inspiring. Thank you, Dan, for sharing such valuable insights that can truly transform how we approach productivity and focus. Grateful for the clarity and motivation this video brings.
Watched one of your videos and immediately ordered a hard copy of your book. Thanks for doing this. I'm trying to get over my fears and get things done. I want to get to the point where I help others also.
Dan, your book has completely changed my mindset in my business. I’ve been always super tight on control of everything and you’ve taught me how important it is to delegate to others. My business coach recommended your book to me. So glad that I’ve read it 3 times and about to read it again in our mastermind group. Love what you are doing!
When you started talking about systematizing everything I sub'd. I have multiple TBIs & creating schedules for everything is how I keep my life as chaos free as possible. I also have checklists for trips & a default checklist for each store I shop at. Game changers!
Love this❤ I recently received feedback that I'm too rigid and structured in the way I do these, but I believe it's my superpower. Structure helps me organise my thoughts and ideas into things to do, and how I need to get them done.
Truly appreciate your story and the philosophy and strategy and knowledge you share! I am 48 and focusing in on all of it and more to for self improvement. I do feel I live a fulfilled life of family, friends, work and adventure but know I have way more I want to do and can do with your guidance and proven strategies and philosophy and commitment.
Dan is easily one of best creators on the platform giving a ton of value! Thank you Dan. 2025 is going to a lot more successful for myself because of your content!
If i could speak so concise... Not only everything is to the point, but you even gave some words new meaning! Incredible🔥🔥🔥! You should have at least as many subscribers as DOAC has.
This is amazing. So glad I found this video. Most of the productivity / life hack videos out there are a waist of time. This system is simple and actionable. Thanks
I think it’s really interesting how saying your goals out loud can help make them real but for some it's the opposite. I personally agree with this and try to live by it, but I’ve also heard the opposite, that it’s better to keep plans to yourself until they’re done to avoid bad energy. What I find fascinating is how it reflects different mindsets. Some people hold back due to fear or doubt, while others are supported and feel confident sharing their goals. There truly isn't a single path to the same thing huh, great video!
@carlosnunezbiz, yes interesting regarding whether or not to announce goals publicly or not. Maybe if we anticipate neutral or positive reactions, it may be beneficial to announce it publicly, and if we think we might be ridiculed etc for it, keep it private to avoid "bad energy "? I think people react differently to ridicule etc. Some breaks down and gets crushed before even getting started, while others get motivated by "revenge: I'll show them"-type of mentality? So it's maybe individual like you hinted at? Maybe, as cliché as it may sound, we need to "know ourselves " and choose either to announce our goals privately or publicly based on that? :)
@@yantopc7058 Definitely, man. It really comes down to knowing your strengths and weaknesses and being honest with yourself to find the path that works for you and only you. At that point, it’s not just a cliché, but an actual requirement to achieve the things we want.
Hey Dan, firstly great video, man! Also, you may wanna break the video into chapters, for example, mark each rule in the video into a chapter. It helps viewers to quickly gloss over each habit and deep dive into the ones they want to check out.
I love your channel, thank you very much for this huge amount of information really affected me and had an impact that is really positive. I love your show, I open your videos whenever i need wisdom. You are my wise man. Luv from sudan ❤🇸🇩
This is a great video. I struggle with similar things and came up w similar solutions and systems. Glad to see this as validation of solutions that are on the right track
Hey. Dan! Great video! I like the fact that you break all of your steps into simple golden nuggets and you explain it really well! And I agree with you, if you don't have any challenges in life, life gets boring! Challenges, bring them on! I'm ready for them and getting ready for life to get exciting everyday! Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!
"Right time, right action" just might be a game-changer for me. 😮 I only have energy at two times each day. One in mid-morning, and one late at night. Until that changes, I could pick the two most energy-needing, high-priority tasks at those times, and fit the easier things in around them. 😊 Thanks!
Thank you so much! What is your format for your perfect week? How did you decide when to do what? What was the hierarchy of importance that you made those choices?
The concepts resonate with me, there's not much new information other than we've both came to similar conclusions. Im 20. I'm also designing a business to help entrepreneurs create frameworks and systems better
Ads someone with ADHD as well, I find that there's just too much shit to remember, in too many different places, at way too many times and days. I can't even remember to brush my teeth every day. It's not that I NEVER do it, I just don't do it every day because some days it doesn't even cross my mind. This is me with everything. Even if I write something down, I forget that I wrote it down. And I have hundreds upon hundreds of ideas and things that I want to do each day that none of it ever stays. On january 1st I wrote a list of the person I want to be by the end of the year. I just picked up the notebook to write something down today and I had completely forgotten I ever wrote anything in it. I was like "oh shit that's right". This is me with everything. I'm chasing rabbits and illusions my entire life. Something that seems life changing right now will be completely forgotten about tomorrow. Do you know how many lists I have on my phone or in a notebook that I forget even existed like an hour later? I reach these epiphanies about my life and decide "today is the day I'm changing" then I forgot I ever thought of that, I always stay stuck in the same place. I'll leave my laundry in the drier for days forgetting it's even in there. Nevermind checking my email, physical mail, voicemails, staying on top of my car, etc...I'm a mess. I think I'm just on autopilot all the time, so my active brain never kicks in, I'm always passively experiencing what's around me, like a zombie. I'm close to getting ADHD medication because I don't know what else to do. But watching this video makes me think that maybe I don't need it? Do you have any advice?
I have ADD (diagnosed before there was recognised ADHD). Regarding medication I can’t function regularly without Vyvanse. Life changer. In the past I took other medications for years such as Ritalin. Not everyone experiences the same things from medications obviously but Ritalin for me was horrible (could never get the dose right because it would build up in the body, different effects on different days, made me very ill sometimes causing me to have to leave work or even right in the middle of a dinner party once and never worked really great). I know Vyvanse is expensive and isn’t available in some countries though. But for me, I can’t function well enough over a long period of time without it, so I’d advise that. Along with consistent exercise, established routine, and maybe also try a therapist. I hear you on the to-do list thing. I’m great at making them. They are everywhere (sigh). Stress is terrible for ADHD. So find what works for you. It messes with the brain.
When you have and overly complicated System you know it would not work for other people because we are all different. This video will just make most people looking for the book and watch more videos.
Wow, it is great to see my mentor being praised. I thought I was the only one who knew about Ms. Sofia Rogerz. Her good work, she has built a great legacy.
How much of these things I already do but so good to get so much more good advice. One of my trainers before going to work out what happens automatically I noticed as I crossed the threshold towards the staircase leading up to the gym in my community center actually feel my whole entire being shipped from my day to my body relaxing knowing I'm going into a new state that happens just as I assume the stairs as I pass through the doorway leading to the stairs to the gym and I am suddenly removed from the specs of the day everything just pours out of me make a note of the work out revived and shifted to the positive. Even if I don't have an especially today even if all it is is going through the motions with really light weights on days that I'm not able to do much more than that the ritual itself is the key
Those are the simple hacks that make me more productive.
Let me know your favourite in the comments:)
Hey Dan, where Can I get the sales chat script you mentioned in the short video? Thanks

as someone who also has ADHD, this video is so satisfying to my brain. I love these tips
I like your first one. I also have adhd. I got a coach from Lighthouse ADHD Coaching and it changed my life

2025 is going to our year with all these tips

Jesus loves you! John 3:16. May God bless you abundantly!
Thanks, Pretty neat and on point words before work.
Woahhh your almost at 800k... feels like u were at 500k a little while ago but u deserve it. Keep up the great work!
Happy Birthday Mr Rockstar. Keep the enlightenment march on.

Creating a system is 100% vital agreed 👍💯.. i find occasionally it won't always succeed but it will give the best opportunity 🙏
Great Work Dan✊👏👏. Thanks Bro!

I watch most of your videos, but this one is the best IMHO! Q: Do you share examples of your systems and checklist templates?
I think I have to watch the vid 10 times until I get everything haha... very dense the information, brilliant work!!
Glad it was helpful!
"Right time, right action" just might be a game-changer for me. 😮
I only have energy at two times each day. One in mid-morning, and one late at night. Until that changes, I could pick the two most energy-needing, high-priority tasks at those times, and fit the easier things in around them. 😊
Thanks!
I pray a lot and mediate over past decisions that haven’t worked , so I know not to do them again.
Thank you so much! What is your format for your perfect week? How did you decide when to do what? What was the hierarchy of importance that you made those choices?
Search my channel, I break it down several places
I absolutely loved this video. You mentioned listening to EDM with no words. Do you have a playlist somewhere of your favorites?

👏🏻😎Thank you for this video.

BEST YET, DAN. XX
I have been blessed with $85,000 every 12 weeks!! I can now buy anything and also support my family and work for more. God bless Sophie Rogerz.
Dive into the digital market is indeed advisable, but it requires expert guidance, and with Mrs. Sophie Rogerz, you can't go wrong
Sophie Rogerz must be a very good person, given her background in the church.
I am a farmer and I understood how to take bank loans after discovering Sophie Rogerz my life changed
Trading offers investors many opportunities like profiting from the economy and so on.
Hoping you'll get 1 000 000 followers before the end of year
Thank you 😊
E-mail Check list! I'm on it! Why haven't I done that instead.. 😮😮
