      Hi. These are all really good ideas and thanks for sharing. For me, I need something to help get me.going or moving in the right direction to be able to add a lot of these ideas in your video. So, can you give me three basic steps to take to get me going, per say. Like what do I do the first thing when I wake up on a work day? And what is the first thing I do on an off day from work? What do I do midday? And maybe what do I do in the evening before bed? I don't have anyone I can do this with. I'm healthy and have an ample amount of free time on the weekends, including Fridays. Help me get going please. I want to be more successful in life. Thank you

      I recommend reading God's Word (The Holy Bible) and praying to God daily, for you (if you have not been doing so) and for everyone who reads this comment (assuming someone who does not do this reads my comment) and has the ability but does not do so. And I pray for anyone who does not read my comment but has the capability (to read God's Word and pray to God daily) and does not do this, to start doing so. Amen! 🙏🙏🙏

      Hi. Most of your tips are designed for ADHDers. Shadowing, music is having more than one thing at a time to focus, Triggers. But some I don't know how to do having ADHD like having a planner or following checklists (I often forget them). Could you do a special video for people with ADHD?.

    When I first started watching your videos I thought; "Thats nice Dan but I dont have a million dollar business and all these opportunities and I'm a musician and my business isn't about making other people rich", yet, it totally could be. I kept watching because deep down I realized I just had to transfer these ideas to my unique situation. Fitness and the gym, take care of your self first to be better at everything else. Outsourcing, (I am now doing). So much more, every single bit of it transfers when I use my creativity, its amazing! Thank you. 🙏

    When I have no motivation, I find it easy to clean the house or do the dishes. It's not always productive per se but it needs to be done and it's not a waste of time! I also feel better afterwards! That in itself can often pull me out of a slump.... I am a procrastinator when I am not in control of my current situation 😢 but I am honest with myself ❤

    • @stephaniespears6884
      @stephaniespears6884 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      WHY THE F'K would you say those things aren't productive?!!!! 1st, if you DIDN'T do those things, you'd qualify for the next Hoarders episode. 😐
      And 2nd, it's THOSE tasks that if they weren't done while I was at home with my two kids under two, my husband would politely flip his wig cause, I mean, I wasn't doing anything else. Getting THOSE types of tasks done were, & frankly still are, my litmus test of whether or not I'm "BEING PRODUCTIVE."
      So I don't care what all the motivational videos or books in the world say, THAT'S PRODUCTIVE, in more ways than one, so give yourself more credit. 😒 Pshhhh.....

  • @roayadiamond
    @roayadiamond 24 วันที่ผ่านมา +8

    Those videos are all amazing, but they all share the same theme: "I got rich, that's why you
    Should buy my book!" It's the same message from all emerging TH-camrs! If I were really that rich, I would focus on helping others who are just starting out. I would offer as much as I could for free, not take advantage of vulnerable and obviously struggling people to boost my own fortune!

    03:53 📅 Calendar design is crucial for creating reality, moving beyond default habits to intentional living.
    04:22 🔄 Daily habits determine future success, making intentional routines key to achieving goals.
    05:18 🎵 Establish rituals and triggers, like specific locations or music, to enter a productive flow state.
    06:00 🚗 Triggers, such as reviewing goals in the car, help maintain focus and drive achievement.

    18:59 📱 Reduce digital distractions by limiting access to apps and notifications to enhance productivity.
    19:26 🎧 Minimize physical distractions by organizing your workspace and setting boundaries to maintain focus.
    19:40 🧘 Internal distractions arise from stress and lack of clarity; practices like meditation and exercise can help.
    21:06 🎤 Finding purpose involves focusing on serving others rather than personal gain.
    22:01 🌟 Purpose acts as an antidote to suffering; having a vision board helps keep goals front of mind.
    23:28 📊 Making progress towards your purpose visible through dashboards or habit tracking can motivate you.
    23:54 💡 True purpose often lies next to your greatest pain; exploring it can lead to deep fulfillment.

    A lot if success gurus say youll never feel ready so just jump out there and get out of your comfort zone. The reality is most people just arent going to do it. What then is the answer: realize that just moving is success and just start taking the smallest steps while remaining in your comfort zone. Do this until youve built out your readiness base then go in from your new expanded comfort zone. I think many people will do this and feel good about it.

    EDM is totally my go to music for energy and creativity...
    The trigger chair is a great idea... its like the thoughts on going to bed... if you use bed as a place to sleep only, when you lay down, you have a much easier time sleeping quickly.. but if you used to laying down in bed, then scrolling, or reading, or tv, etc.. you will have a much harder time sleeping... body mind soul know.. when i get in bed.. its lights out..
    right now ive let my system go into Chaos... and its really affected every part of my life.. even to the point of feeling like a failure.. but looking back, when everything was known on the calendar, and each moment had a time.. it felt that i was on it all the time..
    i changed my eating habits (diet) to eating keto for 6 months.. and i felt amazing and energetic daily.. A friend i hadnt seen in years stopped by and asked to go have a beer like we did when young.. i cheated one moment.. and it knocked me into a pattern of poor eating.. and started with.. "he is here, we had a beer, so ive already kicked myself out of keto, so might as well have a burger with him"... then... "well yesterday i kicked myself out, and today i kind of feel like having french toast, so ill start again tomorrow eating properly." to it being an on and off for weeks.. sugars are a neural disruptor for sure.. that diet change.. changed my mind soul body into doing more things i shouldnt, and putting off things or delaying things i should do now..
    your diet affects every moment of your time... eating improperly will drag you down (to me diet means the food you consistently eat, not a on off to lose weight fad... i dont know why people "go on diets"... it should be "change my diet")
    Appreciate you, your advice, the power in your words..
    Im 50 now, lost my wife years ago and raised my 2 kids solo.. both over 20 now.. so im choosing a new path of starting a business.. so i appreciate the words and wisdom.

    I think it’s really interesting how saying your goals out loud can help make them real but for some it's the opposite. I personally agree with this and try to live by it, but I’ve also heard the opposite, that it’s better to keep plans to yourself until they’re done to avoid bad energy. What I find fascinating is how it reflects different mindsets. Some people hold back due to fear or doubt, while others are supported and feel confident sharing their goals. There truly isn't a single path to the same thing huh, great video!

    • @yantopc7058
      @yantopc7058 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @carlosnunezbiz, yes interesting regarding whether or not to announce goals publicly or not.
      Maybe if we anticipate neutral or positive reactions, it may be beneficial to announce it publicly, and if we think we might be ridiculed etc for it, keep it private to avoid "bad energy "?
      I think people react differently to ridicule etc. Some breaks down and gets crushed before even getting started, while others get motivated by "revenge: I'll show them"-type of mentality?
      So it's maybe individual like you hinted at? Maybe, as cliché as it may sound, we need to "know ourselves " and choose either to announce our goals privately or publicly based on that? :)

    • @carlosnunezbiz
      @carlosnunezbiz หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@yantopc7058 Definitely, man. It really comes down to knowing your strengths and weaknesses and being honest with yourself to find the path that works for you and only you. At that point, it’s not just a cliché, but an actual requirement to achieve the things we want.

    Ads someone with ADHD as well, I find that there's just too much shit to remember, in too many different places, at way too many times and days. I can't even remember to brush my teeth every day. It's not that I NEVER do it, I just don't do it every day because some days it doesn't even cross my mind. This is me with everything. Even if I write something down, I forget that I wrote it down. And I have hundreds upon hundreds of ideas and things that I want to do each day that none of it ever stays. On january 1st I wrote a list of the person I want to be by the end of the year. I just picked up the notebook to write something down today and I had completely forgotten I ever wrote anything in it. I was like "oh shit that's right". This is me with everything. I'm chasing rabbits and illusions my entire life. Something that seems life changing right now will be completely forgotten about tomorrow. Do you know how many lists I have on my phone or in a notebook that I forget even existed like an hour later? I reach these epiphanies about my life and decide "today is the day I'm changing" then I forgot I ever thought of that, I always stay stuck in the same place. I'll leave my laundry in the drier for days forgetting it's even in there. Nevermind checking my email, physical mail, voicemails, staying on top of my car, etc...I'm a mess. I think I'm just on autopilot all the time, so my active brain never kicks in, I'm always passively experiencing what's around me, like a zombie. I'm close to getting ADHD medication because I don't know what else to do. But watching this video makes me think that maybe I don't need it? Do you have any advice?

      I have ADD (diagnosed before there was recognised ADHD). Regarding medication I can’t function regularly without Vyvanse. Life changer. In the past I took other medications for years such as Ritalin. Not everyone experiences the same things from medications obviously but Ritalin for me was horrible (could never get the dose right because it would build up in the body, different effects on different days, made me very ill sometimes causing me to have to leave work or even right in the middle of a dinner party once and never worked really great). I know Vyvanse is expensive and isn’t available in some countries though. But for me, I can’t function well enough over a long period of time without it, so I’d advise that. Along with consistent exercise, established routine, and maybe also try a therapist. I hear you on the to-do list thing. I’m great at making them. They are everywhere (sigh). Stress is terrible for ADHD. So find what works for you. It messes with the brain.

    How much of these things I already do but so good to get so much more good advice. One of my trainers before going to work out what happens automatically I noticed as I crossed the threshold towards the staircase leading up to the gym in my community center actually feel my whole entire being shipped from my day to my body relaxing knowing I'm going into a new state that happens just as I assume the stairs as I pass through the doorway leading to the stairs to the gym and I am suddenly removed from the specs of the day everything just pours out of me make a note of the work out revived and shifted to the positive. Even if I don't have an especially today even if all it is is going through the motions with really light weights on days that I'm not able to do much more than that the ritual itself is the key
