I bought a new device of this type and installed everything correctly, but I found that the suction power is very weak, knowing that I use a partially large ruler. Do you know what the problem is with this device or something I can do to strengthen the suction?
We have to put in mouth. And you need to buy disposable suction catheter to be connected with tube. And catheter will be inserted into mouth approximately 8-18 cm. Depends upon patient throat size. You can consult your doctor

U can not clean the filter. U have to replace with new one.
Can it be used with a vacpac for wound on leg? Or it just for phlegm. I need to use it for vacpac with 50 min on and 10 min off continuously

Keep the regulator on maximum side. And keep the canister cap tighten properly to avoid any vacuum failure.

It depends upon the patient conditions. Please ask your medical doctor for it. Otherwise from machine side there is no limitations for use
