this is one of the best videos I've seen yet on trading psychology. I like how he admits how much he has lost. I think it makes him seem more human. All the other people you hear about is how much they made and no mistakes and that makes you feel defeated in the trading lifestyle.

what Jason pointed out on placing your SL made a lot of sense. I had the same problem too. So now I would settle for a less attractive R:R instead of getting stopped out most of the time. The losses can build up very quickly
Just think like this - would you risk 10k (1% of mill) on 3 pip sl? No professional trader will take that … Majority of successful teaders execute on daily / 4h or minimum 1h timeframes

Absolutely!
Your position size is to large. You also probably have not backtested your strategy. You don’t know what the outcome would be over the next 100 trades. If you knew the probable out come then there is nothing to worry about

Damn, this feels like a slap in the face lol. For real, gonna try my hardest to apply this way. A LOT of times I’ve got stopped out only for the move continue the way I expected it
Been there. It is still hard to overcome the tendency towards more size. Bigger size also causes hesitation. Which results in late entries and higher chance of getting stopped if you aren’t setting risk, based off the chart. So it’s a dubble whammy of sorts. 🤦♂️

Small size and wider Stop......that's the key. Give the trade some room to let the market move as much as it wants

Dude you need to interview VP from No Nonsense Forex, his content changed me from a weekly loser to profitable over 2 quarters. I found his content in January near the end of the month. 8 months later, 6 quarters in the blue. That was after spending a month or two refining my algorithm and knowledge of economics, crypto, commodities. Started trading the strat in March. Gonna go pro next year with the progress I'm making.
I reached out but I'm not keen on video interviews where you can't see the guest.

Sen is describing how I trade us30. I go for 50 points but I risk 20 lots for MFF so a win is $1000. And my sl is pretty wide. This strategy requires a very high win rate tho LOL

Stoploss should always go above or below the previous candle of whichever timeframe you’re trading. No use having a 75 pip stop loss with the 150 pip take profit if you’re in 50 pips drawdown you’re going to be in that trade for a week. Lol.

Retail trading was insignificant 17 years ago. They used my levels to hedge their options positions.

Some really good incite but the I found it almost impossible at times to hear the question being asked due to the interviewer talking too quickly and leaving little gaps between words. Infuriating.
I watch his videos but I can't understand him either. Not sure if he has a speech impediment or just needs elocution lessons.

It actually amazes me how someone who worked for banks, doesnt trade institutionally. As an institutional trader, my stops are like....2-4 pips, and this guy having 20 pip SLs and not even mentioning Demand Zones, or knowing where price may want to go based on banks needing to make up orders.
forgetting about your trades is not what a 7+ fig trader would do. this guy is a experienced noob.

At 5m 26s he tells you the secret of the professional money, except he leaves out the correlations. This is the secret the professional money have over the retails money, and the rest of the video is useless, and nothing more than a sales pitch.
He knows nothing. I bet 50k if he can provide audited personal records for only 2 years.
