Now meanwhile, Auto Face burns Harder Face alive, believed to be something evil but was actually protecting both Easy and Normal. ...and then it was *Thursday.*

i think the difficulty faces are against the cube because auto put the cube there (in literally the hardest level!!! the most dangerous!!) with easy, who does *something* to the cube but we don't know the cube survived the extreme demon from congregation so maybe he's a powerful character?
This means easy will betray normal later on in the series because he sent auto there he must be the main antagonist i mean he even smiled the whole damn time
the lore continues. auto helped the cube get out of congregation so it can be taken to other levels to record "found footage" videos that break the timeline, giving us info on what will happen in the next gd difficulties animated season. this might also mean that auto is a double agent working for the demons, but i cant confirm that because auto didnt bring the cube into congregation. this footage shows what tidal wave would look as a 3d place, with easy, one of the protagonists of the series, is shown to go insane and kill the cube for an unknown reason while saying "water on the hill". but hey, thats just a theory a fire in the hole theory
