Wayfaring Stranger - The Fehr Family Band (LIVE)

Here's our rendition of the beloved traditional song, Wayfaring Stranger. There was a very brief time where we called our family band the "Wayfehring Strangers", to tie in with our last name and the fact that we're a little strange. :-) But seriously, we are so grateful that we are just pilgrims passing through this world to our eternal home!
Rebecca's fiddle breaks are based on Nicky Sanders' excellent solos on Steep Canyon Rangers' recording of Knob Creek.

Our band (The Fehr Family Band) hails from near Edmonton Alberta, blending family harmonies and acoustic instruments with a range of genres, including bluegrass, Celtic and southern gospel, arranging much of our own music.
