    Check AFR in second and third at 11 lbs peak (not lean!) Not lean in fourth either but didn't film that.
    Listen to intake noise
    Listen to exhaust noise
    Watch a flyby
    See a six foot four grown man jump for joy.
    All the power of the 240/740 but without the preponderance of toxoplasmotic sterility either of those models' aesthetic, and lighter too.

      I think a lack of safety keeps me honest. Less likely to push it too far because the cost of failure is a lot higher. It's a good system.

    Hey I own a 1971 Volvo 144s and have been having some trouble with it. I was wondering if you had some knowledge about the car and could possibly help me figure out what’s wrong with mine.

      Okay I honestly appreciate you replying to my comment. I bought this car a couple months ago and the owner had let me know my dual carburetors would need rebuilt. I took it in a month ago and got the carbs rebuilt. Once I got my car back the car started jerking during acceleration. It was jerking hardcore in first gear but when switching gears the jerking would only occur past a certain speed. I’m not sure what is causing this problem and I’m hoping you could figure it out.

      Honestly it sounds like whoever rebuilt the carbs just rebuilt them, but did not adjust them correctly. Typically they require some tuning after. As a consumer you can take it back and be like "Yo wtf, it's not driving well at all. Fix plz" Also, check to make sure the damper oil in each is correctly levelled. Each of the two carbs has a dipstick on top that unscrews. I don't know what oil they take but if you google for SU carb damper oil you will get some leads.
      In my case I solved my carb problems by removing them and the engine they went on completely.

      @@plznotickets Is adjusting the carbs a hard thing to do myself? I have this tool that synchronizes them together that was given to me by the previous owner. I’m not sure how to work it or if that’s even how it works. I’m sure I could find a video on it. I appreciate you giving me an idea of what could be the problem.

      You can definitely do it if you have the synchronizer on hand. I would order the Haynes manual for your car. It is still in publication. It will give you a really good baseline knowledge and show you how to do the black magic that is carb sync and tuning. It seems daunting but it really isn't. It's just a little arcane.
