I recently ran into your videos. Sorry to say, but I am just a lookie Lou because I love watching real estate stuff. I love house hunters as well. The only thing that seem to be inconvenient if I were to buy, the house is only one bathroom upstairs or the one downstairs. Very unsteady on stairs. Other than that, the house looks great.
whats with the 2 bedroom homes out there in the Pittsburgh area? Also I feel like they missed the mark with the kitchen and dining room. whom ever renovated did a cheesy job . they could have opened the wall or insulated the 3 seasons room to create a bigger kitchen. knocked down the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create a bigger room. no creativity at all out there
You could put in a nice size lap pool with a nice outdoor kitchen in the that backyard. Just a really cool thought I would have to say.
11:10 "I'm dahn here!" 😁 Neat duplex, btw. If I owned it, I'd hate to have to sell it.

What if the wall between kitchen and dining is a load-bearing wall? Might want to have it checked by a structural engineer.
