I have done a few runs with High Voltage in these 400% dungeons and it feels really bad to play unless you are in a group with someone else having clear. If you have 4 High Voltage Bunny it is viable to use High Voltage but overall Bionic Fuel is the best build you can use in the new content. Ult Feyna is insane in these 400% dungeons, she is able to out clear bunny now because her poisons spreads through out the whole dungeon. New damage modules were added so now you are not forced into modules crits if you wanted to get more damage.
