Thank you! The variety name is ‘Olympiad’ , a hybrid tea. One of my fave’s 😊 It is also one of my favorite pollen parents for when I’m hybridizing the roses 👍
I’m so happy to hear that, thank you! Sometimes watching so many videos can end up being more confusing, be given different opinions/methods and we can end up being more confused at the end! I hope that you are comfortable enough to start making rose cuttings yourself! It’s such a fantastic “rose activity” 😊 if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
Great video and great advice! I can't wait to try again this year. My roses all survived a horrible move this year, so if my cuttings don't make it, I am happy to at least still have my original 4!
So happy that your original roses made it through the move!! Keep on trying rose cuttings. Worst case scenario if they don’t root, you can “tweak” your methods/materials and you’ll be that much closer to success! Once you get cuttings that take root, you’ll be hooked and want to do more! 😂
This was great!
I’m glad you found this useful!! Have you made rose cuttings in the past, or just now starting? 😊
That’s a gorgeous rose bush you have

I'm 4 mins in and already commenting. I've learned more in 4 mins than I have in let's say 4 separate videos. Thank you.

You’re more than welcome!! Have you made rose cuttings before, or just starting out?
