Our 3 bd 1 ba. 1,268 sqft home was built back in 1925 we suffer from very hot rooms & high humidity. Im try to make it a little better . Do you think a fan like this will make a difference we can actually feel? I can't go up and measure my attic but i would like to know if you could recommend the best fan to get i was really interested in one with smart capabilities but also with solar but you guys don't have one with both goodies yet, so what do you think would be the best to use.
