I finally got told after 4 and a half years that I have this condition. I am trying the injection depo Provera to try improve my symptoms and I'm also on the pill too, but still having pain and bleeding amongst other things. I got told that if I have pain I need to have the surgery but I am so scared that it's on my intestines because of my symptoms and that it's going to be complex, just terrified of feeling more pain. This really is a horrible condition with constant worry and stress, my heart goes out to everyone with this disease.
Finally confirmed that I have deep infiltrating endo after 34 years of struggling. It started when I was 10, was mostly controlled on birth control, then when I got off birth control all hell broke loose. Getting surgery in December, can’t wait for some relief. My endo showed up on my MRI, that’s how bad it is.
