I've bought this TV and viewing experience is great picture quality evening with SD quality govt setup box is great and 4k video's in OTT platform is amazing. Only negative point is sound quality which is clear but low need soundbar for sure I'm enjoying my new TV

My honest opinion(5o inch QLED TV) I bought this Qled TV for my home entertainment no doubt the picture quality at this price can beat many major brands in the market But then there is a twist 1. On the website it was mentioned it has an HDMI ARC port, I wanted an ARC port as I want to connect my Zeb 9500ws soundbar with a TV and enjoy the Dolby content on OTT platforms such as amazon prime. But to my surprise when connected and made the setting of the TV i.e set digital audio output to Dolby Digital, Dolby digital plus, I tried almost every setting even making CEC enabled. but none worked 2. For the above issue when I reached customer service I got another shock, they never reply to your email, nor give any satisfactory. They just say will arrange a technical call, But the call never happened, and even their technical number won't reply to your query. worst of worst customer service 3. Now I m in doubt whether it was a bug or the arc version given is 2.0 or not. Nowhere in the panel, it was mentioned that port 1 is HDMI ARC port 4. It is on your shoulder if you want to buy this product or not but I think is clear there after sale service won't help, now I m worried about what will happen if anything happens to the tv during the warranty period 5. I checked the SPPL review on google everyone complaining about the same my bad luck I wish I would have checked the google review as well before purchasing the product Note: Now I m writing my review every where, Where they say Thomson Qled TV. My answer will same for everyone
A QLED TV not providing HDMI ARC port is totally ridiculous. Yes, like you said, the Flipkart website and even Thomson website does not mention the same. Thanks for pointing out.

@@yash4650 it ain't top tier qled that's for sure but the picture clarity is amazing,and memc doesn't seem to be on, never had time to run my PS4 to run on it, I guess they have a game mode which is similar to memc but for sure memc doesn't seem to work on any channels, hdr content are pretty good. For 26k which I bought it for, I have no quarrels
I have a Thomson 1080p 55" from 2013 and the contrast is really good. The only thing I would change is the 60hz refresh rate. I don't even want a paper thin tv cuz I would probably break it moving it.
Main problem with this brand is after sales support specifically warranty support. You can’t reach them when you need help. Have no dedicated site or app to register issues, no dedicated support team from Thompson brand.

Now a days competition on peak and everyone giving their best services with genuine parts. So don't worry My friend unsing VU Glo and I'm using Blaupunkt and let me tell you will not going to regret. Moreover in Blaupunkt you will get accurate picture quality with IPS and viewing angles are the best in comparison to VU. I'm also using Sony Bravia 43" 74k and that sony one is not that best, still struggling or lagging on some point when we use motion blur and sound quality is pathetic also brightness is good but not enough and overall is Good I must say, and when I'm considering the pricing and picture quality VU is just overhyped, Blaupunkt is stands best in terms of all. People are buying in rush and influenced with overhyped like Nothing Phone or earbuds.

Sir I also baught thomson qled Google tv three months ago but this product is not good & thomson customer care service not good because my Thomson tv screen pannel problem warranty period applicable but customer care service not change the original qled pannel included the New pannels cost theirs service very bad don't say good product is Thomson
I also bought a 65 inch Google TV from Thomas. By 10 days, its display became complianted. Even after calling the service center many times, they did not find a solution. It's been a month now and they haven't provided any solution yet. Very very bad product and bad service. You should never buy a product from this company. I don't know what to do next. My money is gone. Can you give me a solution?
So what actually happens is that, a company has multiple vendors from where they buy displays, some are VA and some are IPS, so its really unpredictable what you will get. Happens with all TV brands

Don't buy any Thomson TV as their customer support is non existent. Before making decisions just try to make a call to their customer care number and you will come to know. Don't get lured by spec sheet. If after spending your hard earned money the next day any problem arises, you can only regret of buying decision of Thomson TV.
Worst brand !I had ordered Android 55 inch Thomson through Flipkart few weeks back but it was not getting connected to wifi. Had to get content with setup box . The installation person and technician visited and informed the company for replacement. Yet to get replacement Waste of money. They are not responding neither Flipkart nor Thomson
