There should be a regulatory body to control recruitments in both government and especially private sectors and a grievance cell. Just like RBI, SEBI, IRDA. MHRD should take a step towards this. All those recruitment agencies has to be registered under National Agency and the registration database of such agencies should be open to public. Recent years I am seeing huge number of scams in private sectors and they are unnoticed so far. Private sector scams are really harmful.
