Need cold environment to germinate, you can buy already established plants from nursery, but growing them with Seed or bulb not recommended there.

That's why I asked you because ranunculus needs cold weather and if you are successful in growing their bulbs you did not expect bloom like this video. It's my experience. Moreover I want to suggest you grow that plants which are growing well in your weather conditions.

But wait for plant to dry completely.use a tip :-when leaves starts to dry then reduce the amount of watering and when it's completely dried in May or June then only dig up the corms
