Hey, hun greattt Question!
My honest experience on Formal Nights on most cruise ships is that I find the minute i decide to wear heels the boat be doing the most ahahha, so if you wanna look hot and sassy I'd still wear them . But this ship for me was by far the rockiest ship i have ever been on. I would wear the heels take pics and go to dinner and then go back to my cabin and change off into something more comfy for the rest of the night.. to keep it looking formal I'd but some sandles with diamanties and rhinestones to make it still have that formal look to it with my outfit!

Casual just means not putting on all the extras but u can still dress nice. Rhapsody had white night , caribbean Night, formal night , dress to impress night .. i did the most on those latter two nights but i did what i felt like on all the rest.. it is all about what you want to make it tbh .. i am a fussy dresser so even sometimes where i was to be casual i was elegantly casual if that makes sense
