Can't get one of top parts to stay locked!

Push the center locking mechanism down and then back up. then try to lock the arms. If still does not work, contact customer support for replacement

It is a good buy but we also have GRACO and its base feel slightly softer.
Our daughter was stomping her feet in sleep and hence we prefer it more

This video is great for setting up and taking down. But at the very end you will note a slit in the cover bag. The slit has a purpose and that purpose is to reach your hand throught the slit and pull the carry handle up through the slit so you can carry the entire assembly easily.
