I'm sorry to mention it, but the only thing I identified wrong was the viscerosomatics chart: you labeled the last 3 (uterus+cervix, Erectile tissue + LE, and prostate) off by 1 vertebral level. Source: AlyCatalyze on youtube who I believe published the first of this table? (btw, I absolutely make this mistake 1/2 the time). No other issues I found. Tons I would add to all these topics... Higher yield things not mentioned off top of head: I might suggest something about all the angles (you have in only Cobb), radial head movements (especially in conjunction with falling on hand forward or backward and assc. MC fracture). Tested almost guaranteed is newborn with oral complaint which is due to occipital condyle -> C2 dysfunction.
Hey thanks for letting me know! I double checked myself and you are correct on both accounts! Also some good material to add as well, I will definitely add some stuff in over time. And yeah that was the origin of the reflexes chart thing, thats why I just glossed over them, She does a way better job explaining them!
This is an awesom high yield video! Thank you for sharing! Oen note for anyone studying, Posterior (proximal) fibular head motion= Plantarfleion, pronation and abduction. Anterior fibular head motion= dorsiflexion. The pictures are right, but they are labeled wrong. That has come up on tests for me!
Great video. Is there anywhere you can post this document so we can download and look through ourselves? I have comlex in a few days, would love to have it handy to read. Thanks!
