Delighted to see you explaining the crucial aspects of crminal justice in India and how it works and by watching the video we have come to know our rights . Thanks for guiding us by making such informative and useful video. I am Mahesh Chourasia from Jabalpur MP.
Amish Ji 60-90 process of chargesheet in only in books. I have practically seen in so many 302,Pocso,376 trail police' always demand time for complete chargesheet but can not 1-2 years like FSL report ,Medical report, other documents etc pending and court never grant bail to Innocent/ aggrieved person. Court always linger a bail and force to people to apply to High court. Practical are very differ
what do they say when u apply application u/s 90/ form 10/11 of crpc ? Amish has in many videos, said how in delhi, police does provide these docs. not practicing in in delhi i guess..
Sir in case of Murder or Culpable Homicide, the Public prosecutor tries for maximum charges possible against the accused , for example grievous hurt, criminal conspiracy, sec 302,303 etc. But if convicted on only one ground or he is punishable under only one charge , why ? Whereas in US or other countries, they have cumulative punishment like for 743 years , also 5 life sentences etc...
Sir ,what about crime reenactment ? When does that stage comes? Why is it important for accused to reenact the crime after having confessed? And is it done publicly in India?
Sir, if a person has been accused of murder, and all the evidence proves that he has committed the offence, and the accused himself admits that he has committed murder, is it still possible to make a submission for bail? If yes, how should a lawyer proceed with this? (This is for a moot court class)
In one attempt to murder case, the bloodstained shirt of the assailant was submitted to forensics. They came back with a result: "Blood group is O+ve." that's it. In another case, laptop of the accused was submitted to forensics to check for data theft. It's been 7 years and the report has not come yet. If FSL can confirm that it's a human hair, I'll call it a win
Hello sir, Informative video I have a question for you sir Sir in a murder case after few months if the complainant withdraws the case will the accused be free ??? Example In this case Husband has been murdered wife alone is accused Husband brother gave complaint and now wife is in JC from last 3.5 moths after few days or months if THE COMPLAINANT Husband's brother withdraws the case will the accused be free ????
We are seeing a lot of casualities in delhi. People are getting rejected by hospitals. He are feeling terrible and helpless. What legal remedy do they have ? Please make a video related to it. People who relied upon the establishment are dieing. Can somebody sue the govt under 304a ipc ? Because kejriwal app is misguiding the people.

How long a criminal trial lasts in Indian courts?
What if there is no evidence..any person with proper knowledge could avoid all the evidence...?? So the accuse will never be get caught ?
A small correction, it's not magistrate it's sessions judge who is competent to try a case of sec 302 ipc
