I'm pretty late on this but I felt like this still has to be said, these are some of the best models for fan animation I have ever seen. There's no need to be high quality or what not, the sincerity of the transformations has me on the floor. Bravo
I must say, you have a BIG talento for this. modelling is just about experience, and what you did was just amazing! dont give up on this Project, it seems great!

Just go for it, and think about what can go right.

The animations are satisfying (some of them less-so but whatever), the sound design is VERY good (which I find to be a selling point in any Transformers media) and the concepts are intriguing. I particularly like the Decepticons extracting ores to turn into energon. That’s very fitting for Minecraft.
