Hello Manish bhai .Mera question tha agr Sabbatical(study leave) pe jaoo toh 2-3 mahine mai return hojao .Toh apko same hi project mai allocate krenge ki project change honae ka option ho jata.?

Hiii sir main aapse pehle bhi baat kr chuka hu maine tcs bps join kiya tha internship hota h 1 year ka usme pf nhi hota 1 month me maine 4-5 din kaam kiya tha then maine job nhi kiya but attendance sheet fill kr rha tha and notice period nhi serve kiy chhod diya total 2 month ka salary mila h mujhe ab vo log bol rhe h ki mujhe 2 month ka salary dena pdega plus mere khilaf hr action hoga toh sir kya kya ho skta h please samjhaiye merko
Sir actually aaj mera meeting tha tcs ke hr and project manager ke sath unhone kaha ki tumko 3 month ka salary dena pdega jabki mujhe sirf 2 month ka hi salary mila tha and One month notice period ka extra dena pdega and uske baad usne kaha ki mujhe Relieving letter milega with negative remark and sir mera pf nhi h toh toh main ye experience nhi dikhaunga future me toh next company ko pta chalega and sir mujhe vo paisa dena chahiye?
