Great video's and very helpful. We just celebrated two years in our shop for startup. Using Lightspeed from day but has Clover been a better approach for you. I also keep several used bikes too. Thanks Tony 5RB

It had been nice to understand what type of business you are today. I guess it is more than 1 man show. The step from being all alone, to employ, is a huge step. I haven´t done that step yet - but have a family that helps me when it is to much for me. Keep the videos comming !

Great question! A combination of trade-ins, local at home dealers, and good ol' craigslist. There'll be some future videos on how to source used bikes
