- #LFG !!! We're so stoked for the new Deadpool & Wolverine movie! Deadpool and the X-Men are finally making their way into the MCU and we couldn't be more excited. Ryan Reynolds reprises his role as the merc with the mouth Deadpool and Hugh Jackman bares his claws as Wolverine once again. We also saw Cassandra Nova revealed as a villain in the movie!

Hugh having the classic suit and without the sleeves. This has made it look completely like the comics that we have wanted to see for a long time. And it is beautiful!!!

Seeing Hugh Jackman as Wolverine FINALLY in the blue and yellow, and a badass design of it as well, truly feels like some old promise was finally fulfilled.
The Bar part might be a reference to X-Men First Class when Young Professor X and Magneto try to recruit him.

It might be a Wolverine from a different world that’s VERY similar so it doesn’t matter what movies you have or haven’t seen. They could reference things from all the movies and just say it all happened (mostly) the same way.
I genuinely think that he's Gunna be from the Animated X Men series that just got Rebooted. Which would explain why he's wearing the suit

The "Liefeld's Just Feet" plaque at 1:31 was an awesome easter egg! 😄 (For those who didn't got the joke: Rob Liefeld is the artist who created Deadpool in the comics and is notoriously known for not knowing how to draw feet right.)

The amount of times I’ve watched this trailer & peoples reaction jus to see if they are as excited as I am 😭 I missed this feeling for a movie
This is going to be the Planes, Trains and Automobiles of the MCU. Then the whole Blood bending with Cassandra Nova the twin sister to Charles Xavier on Wolverine is just crazy. The sequence with Wolverine unleashing his claws looked so good and the sound effects matching it coming out was perfection.
The bald lady might by Cassandra Nova, Xavier’s twin sister from the comics.
The powers she is using pretty much spells out Cassandra Nova.

@@MrBluePatriot She pretty much has the same powers a Charles, but uses them in a evil way. So often controlling people, and forcing people to do things, and putting images into peoples heads.
It's Cassandra Nova but she probably might not be Charles' twin sister but more likely his variant in this version given the nature of the premise revolved around TVA.
I think it has been confirmed.

I'm sure many are fan of the X-men cartoon ( that doesn't make you a real fan). They have no idea of the Whedon run in comics, or the Byrne and Claremont run, or even the Stan Lee & Ditko run. Which always makes my eyes role. You can only be a fan if you have seen the first. Since inception. Say if you are a Star Wars fan. You saw the first Star wars movie. But ppl are silly

It was pointed out on Threads that the clip of where Wolverine is swinging punches that Deadpool dodges, is exactly the same as in the original Spider-Man where Peter is at school and dodges punches from Flash Thompson.

The Wolverine at the scene is at the bar and yes fighting first but he still goes to the bar for his drink and that's where it took place first and without that scene we wouldn't have Insomniac Wolverine.

It wasn't back in time. There was TWO mention of 'worlds'. So theory is with the portal from Strange there that Stephen Strange used a portal to another reality so Deadpool could enlist another version of Wolverine for help.

The scene Acahra is thinking of is a bar Wolverine is drinking at after the fighting ring. It is also reminiscent of the bar scene in X-Men First Class when Xavier and Magneto are going around recruiting mutants and Wolverine says to them "Go fuck yourselves."

The lady villain is Cassandra Nova, Professor X twins sister from the comic book.
The prevailing theory after this trailer is that they are adapting, in part, "Old Man Logan". Cassandra Nova apparently will replace Mysterio as the one who manipulated Logan. This would also explain the Giant Man skeleton.
A lot of the Old Man Logan comic I'm feeling and seeing with this trailer. Ive wanted that done cinematically since that first comic dropped. Looks like we're getting a lot of it in this flick. LFG.. LoudLove

Jaby and Achara both partly right. Jaby is right that Wolverine's first scene is a cage match. His second scene is at a bar and that is the scene that Achara is referencing and it's a direct reference to that scene rather than any other trailer that Jaby is looking at
