Chaval ka roti north karnataka me bahut banate hai. Isko masala dalke talipattu( roti) banate hai. Aap ka video deknekeliye bahut interesting hai. North indians tel ya ghee bahut use karte hai. I made this sabzi today. It's similar to Maharashtrain thecha. I eat less spicy, so used the pulpy green chili. When I grinded the cooked material, small pieces of chili skin came out separately which was irritating. But otherwise good recipe. Thanks for sharing.
