😮😮😮 UUH SIR, SOME THINGS YOU STATE IN THIS VIDEO ARE WRONG 😑!!!! You really shouldn’t do a video on a vehicle unless you know what you are talking about??? Haha 😂 I just purchased THIS MODEL KIA SELTOS EX AWD 2024 and Yes any time i switch the drive mode to SMART / NORMAL/ SPORT IT ABSOLUTELY YES DOES CHANGE MY ENTIRE SCREEN 📺 I do have the Faster Turbo so not sure 🤔 if this is why something’s you say does not Match mine?? But I LOVE ❤️ THE MINI SUV! Way Cheaper than a Toyota & Honda And Kia now last as long as those now! All my Sons 4- Of them I bought them all new 2012 and 2014 Kia Optimus ! They still drive them !!!! 12 YR OLD KIA’S Each of their Kia has Between 169,000 miles or higher My one Son has 182,000 THOUSAND MILES ON IT! They have NEVER 👎 EVER BROKE DOWN EVER! Nothing Ever needed to be fixed on all 4!!!! Just Oil changes! That’s all they’ve done ✅ So I can swear truthfully that they are Good 👍 Buys!!!
What's strange is there's NO electronic trunk lift, and I never gave it a thought to look for it before buying. Why isn't this a standard feature? Ridiculous! My old, 2006 Saturn had one.
HELP for viewers who are less familiar with Seltos, as this review has misinformation and unusual bias... Huh? Tiny? "Weird"? (twice), a curious description for what is vying for Kia's top seller, and shaking up the sub-compact SUV market. Unless you're not in the US, the "S" is *not* the base (that's the EX) and the "S" *does* come with the dual 10" screens. Since few viewers (if any?) are sportin' 6'5" height, and surely none will be taking a passenger behind them of that height, it is puzzling to include that segment, rather than note its typically-considered roomy seating! At 5'10" (average for American man) I can sit behind myself with room to spare, as can a 6 footer. Also, it of course has Android Auto --a curious omission that nobody else leaves out 🤔-- and as for wireless, they claim it will be added in a software update soon. GAUGES. This is a shocking miss, as in fact there are multiple cool adjustments for the gauge cluster! This reviewer really needs to consult with somebody, read the manual, or like most of us, go into settings! Check other reviews for the gauge cluster options. Maybe this test model was defective, but as I recall sport mode changes the coloring without going into settings to change the overall look. Regarding smart cruise, I'd like that too, but to expect that in a mid-level trim, is odd. However the moonroof IS available on the EX as a paid option. More often than not these features are what they use to drive people into the upper-range trim lines or option packages. This of course presents a simple solution: go up one level and get all the goodies you want! Try getting individual options on a Toyota, they are the leader in 'packagin' options, and nobody is ragging on them for it (but me, as I agree with you). BOTTOM LINE: At it's price-point you cannot beat the feature set of the Seltos EX or the AWD version.
Thank u, im looking into getting this and watching this video I felt like I was being judged a little lol. As an android user, I didn't think it was weird at all that it didn't come with wireless Apple. Plus the seat can b covered. I'm 5'4 I don't need a big sub, I just want a bigger car cuz my dog kind of slouch in my Forte when looking out the window. Reading ur comment my ears turned off and didn't hear anything else from the video lol
@@garthera7819 no, 2019, I still have to plug it, so I would say I'm used to it but 99% of the time I'm just using Bluetooth. When I do plug it, it's for navigation, so the car having navigation already would eliminate the use for me plugging it in
@@dymundprynsess Just so you know, the navigation from a phone app is a different world from that offered by Kia. For some people it won't matter, and it does have a cool graphical integration, but I'm sticking with google maps.
The only reason why people mostly do not like the transmission in these the CTV transmissions is because their belts and pulleys once one of those belts snaps it’s gonna fuck up everything in there. I have seen it once in my time.
@@WhyAndy Yes it does. I've had 3 Kia CVT's (and before that one Toyota and one Nissan) and Kia is way ahead of the pack. They've had some reliability issues, but for only a small percentage of their cars, and warranty-backed.

@@dymundprynsess Oddly this model doesn't have wireless android or apple, though I suspect your Forte (if not too old) does.

Hate cvt transmissions I got the seltos sx with the 8 speed auto transmission way better!
KIAs warranty should cover that stuff though right?

I don't like or agree with tiny or weird, of course I'm not a 6'5" big guy, either.
