Do you have enough people that think as you do to change it? A little suggestion is to state what about the Constitution that you want to change and why you want to change it, because you have not told me and I have no idea. Lying is not against the law, little yet Treason. I suggest you read the Constitution, all of it. At least Article III Section 1 and the 1st Amendment. They are kind of pertinent here and you might want to know them. To be blunt, yes he can be indicted, being convicted is an entirely different matter. Merrick Garland has a 100% perfect conviction rate stemming back about 50 years. I doubt he is going to indict somebody that he can't convict.
@@rd400d Is there proof that he lied to Congress? Proof in a court of law and accusations are two different things. Even if there is proof that he lied to Congress, that is not Treason. Congress I believe would fall under the group of law enforcement bodies that it is not legal to lie to. However he has a 1st Amendment right to lie to you, I, or the press. I probably should modify what I said, in most circumstances you have a 1st Amendment right to lie. For example you can't lie to the police, F.B.I. in a court of law, or to any other group that enforces the law, but under pretty much any other circumstance you can lie. Again if he lied to Congress proof would be needed to convict him and without proof I doubt Merrick Garland or any other prosecutor would indict him.
@@MarkDalbey-cv9sb Mark, I can see your point that treason is an absurd notion. However, the RIGHT to lie ISN'T in the 1st AMENDMENT. In any other Democratic (ish) country, any right bestowed in an amendment must be explicitly defined. i.e., see the Second Amendment Clearly defines the RIGHT to own a weapon as CONDITIONAL on being a member of a militia. It does NOT say you can't have one, but it implies that it is up to the government to authorize it and therefore to ban it, except if the owner is a “member of the approved militia.” The national guard comes to mind. Ergo the current assumed right to have 'lying' speech is at best problematic in that it was (unconstitutional ?) “Judicial Constitutional law-making” i.e., There is a mechanism for altering constitutional law. I would submit that instead of SCOTUS *making* a constitutional law, (Citizen United) it should have referred it to Congress for a change in the constitution process. I would also draw your attention to The 9th Amendment, with its specific emphasis on words like peaceable and other undefined RIGHTS. Ergo, freedom of speech would be included with the criteria of peaceable. In what universe is the right-wing rhetoric/or Trump's septic toilet overflow speech, project 25 not a. contradict/ deny others of their rights/likewise the actions of the right-wing SCOTUS justices? b. or are remotely peaceable.
Cause their both treasonous idiots taking bribes and supporting insurrection and now stalling Justice to put their treasonous tyrant back in office, as well as ignoring the constitution for radical Christian nonsense

I have two points. 1st: Regarding Alito blaming his wife and she has the right to freedom of speech. Alito voted against her rights to her body. The only reason he's saying she has that right is convenience. 2: Alito's wife legally does have the right to freedom of speech. She also needs to be respectful of his position and who pays for their lifestyle. I, as a military spouse cannot bash my spouse's general in public. I am welcome to complain quietly about the general to my parents, spouse, or friends. Making statements publicly about that general is inappropriate for my spouse and his work life.
To the Supreme Court: If Trump's criminal trial's are interfering with his choice to be a Presidential Candidate he should drop out! It's not Election interference it's Criminal Justice Interference! So lets get these trials going!
The arrogance is astonishing..he doesnt believe he owes anyone an explanation and his remarks are lazy and ill thought out. He must be persued and asked to explain himself and called out for appearing to lie.
We’ve heard it reported in the mainstream news that at one point in this squabble Mrs. Alito actually spit at a neighbor’s car as it drove by.
If lying were a crime, Joey would get a life sentence
@@MarkDalbey-cv9sb It is when you lie to congress, which he did.
In what universe is the right-wing rhetoric/or Trump's septic toilet overflow speech, project 25 not
a. contradict/ deny others of their rights/likewise the actions of the right-wing SCOTUS justices?
b. or are remotely peaceable.
Fani Willis was accused of the same thing, "appearance", which resulted in Nathan Wade resigning. They did nothing wrong, unlike alito.
Impeach Alito and Thomas!
For what?
@@JasonDrvmz Hush troll.
Cause their both treasonous idiots taking bribes and supporting insurrection and now stalling Justice to put their treasonous tyrant back in office, as well as ignoring the constitution for radical Christian nonsense
@@JasonDrvmz for being a spineless ..like you
AGREED 💯💯💯%👍👍
Amen! Thanks for this conversation Nicole.
Sure, Alito had nothing to do with the upside down American flag. And my dog ate my homework!
THEY CHANGED THE 14TH AMENDMENT TO ALLOW A TRAITOR TO RUN FOR OFFICE AFTER BEING INSTALLED BY THAT TRAITOR... ITS TREASON.
Who does Alito think he is? Mango Mussolini?
Yes ,you are correct
DA Willis is having her trial shut down due to ‘appearance of impropriety’.
The Secret Service needs to remember who their oath is to.
The flag might as well be a middle fingers to American Democracy.
Being blatantly partial and then lying about it is indefensible but then abusing position to intimidate is beyond the pale.
Alito has already purjured himself when he said he would support Row vs. Wade as well as the precident of established law.
Alito has been on the top for so long he can't help but look down on the rest of us.
Earned arrogance?
General consensus is that he's bitter about the years he spent in the minority on a moderate court, and now that his turn to assert his will has come, he's butthurt that people don't respect him because of his nakedly partisan actions. Nobody promised you a rose garden, buddy, and having unpopular opinions doesn't make you a martyr.
Alito and Thomas see us as insignificant POS's.
Male hubris.
Keep the pressure up on Alito, Thomas and Roberts. If the media continues to ask questions and expose his apparent blatant affinity for an insurrection, he will have nowhere to go and Roberts knows the court's integrity will be damaged for generations.
You as a military service member could be dishonorably discharged and held to the Code of Military Justice. A corrupt Supreme Court justice cannot.
Thank you neighbor for taking and sharing that photograph
This is why we need to vote blue 💙
No👎🏾
@@JasonDrvmz derp
Yes, God help us if we don't act against the traitors in November.
Not really. The reason that we need to vote blue is that they will probably retire and then Trump will nominate their replacements.

Scoop: Above the Law reports that Clearance Thomas took in over $6 million dollars.
United States does not pay any justice that amount.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Time for the congress and senate to begin doing their jobs!!!!!!!! Y E S T E R D A.Y ! ! ! !
The Republicans won't do anything.
What job is that? Have you ever heard the Separation of Powers. You might want to read the Constitution one day.
@peggyrunyon4230 the republicans won't do anything honest or decent.
Conclusion: For a Supreme Court justice, Sam Alito is not a smart man.
To the Supreme Court:
If Trump's criminal trial's are interfering with his choice to be a Presidential Candidate he should drop out!
If true, that is a strikingly childish way for the wife of a Supreme Court Justice to behave. I wouldn’t allow my children to behave like that! Surely Mrs. Alito ought to be expected to meet an even higher standard.
Grossly unfit to work in a gas station let alone Supreme Court.
He is defensive and can't handle criticism, but also lacking in humilty and self reflection. The egotism of the Alitos is profound.
How about a referendum on SCOTUS' ethics rules? Let we the people decide. 💙💙💙💙💙
i feel like he has a spiteful/ greater than thou attitude.
He’s making a mockery of the United States!
He lied!!! HE BLATANTLY LIED!!! AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHY WE KEEP RECEIPTS! 😘
How embarrassing 🙈 and shameful. I don’t know how anyone can sleep, much less pass judgement upon a whole country.
He is not impartial and no longer “just”
If "appearance of impropriety" was good enough to remove Wade, then it's more than good enough to remove Alito. Whom apparently does not wear the pants in his household, I guess it's robes at home too.
Time for Alito to resign as was the case with disgraced Supreme Court Justice Abe Fortas. Fortas resigned from the Court on May 14, 1969.
Well past recusal, must resign due to conduct that demonstrates a serious lack of judgement by a judge.
This neighbor is gold, Alito is a hack.
Is there no one above the justices on the SCOTUS that can reign Alito and Thomas in???
He doesn’t care. Thomas doesn’t care. They have a religious goal, not an obligation to their oath of office and we all need to bow to their completely unethical agendas. They are pleased as punch.
This guy needs to be charged.
With what? If you say he should be charged you need to say what law he broke that he can be charged with.
@@MarkDalbey-cv9sb he's lied about the dates. He's hung the flag upside down before this dispute with the neighbor. Who apart from POTUS is supposed to revere and respect the flag more than SCOTUS? Huh?
If you can't see that then you should not be part of the conversation.
@@Chapps1941 True he has lied about dates and hung the flag upside down. Not the kind of guy that you would want on the Supreme Court, but none of these things are illegal that anyone could be charged with. If you want him to be charged, you might want to come up with a crime that he can be charged with. Not liking him won't do it. There are a lot of people that I don't like, and none of them have been tried for it.
@@MarkDalbey-cv9sb they are. Dollermore has shown it on his show. He's broken American Federal law
@@Chapps1941 Fine, but what federal law did he break? Is this Dollermore's opinion, or is it a fact that I can verify? When you use a quote or fact that makes your case, you cite the source so that it can be verified.
Alito is a seditionist and a grand co-conspirator. He must be held fully accountable. No one especially a justice is above the law.
I would be surprised he does not recuse himself before impeachment.
He’s too arrogant. He’ll have to be forced out.
When a member of the Supreme Court engages in such unprecedented depravity, how can the rest of the Court remain silent? Things are way beyond the pale. There is absolutely no dignity in their silence.
Lock him up
For what? I have no problem with trying, finding him guilty, and imprisoning him, but I think you need a crime to do it. Hanging a flag upside down is not a crime. It is speech that is protected by the 1st Amendment. Lying about it also is not a crime. Strangely it is also speech that is protected in most circumstances by the 1st Amendment. Lying to law enforcement officers is not protected speech, but lying to the press is.
These people are in a cult and should not be in the supreme court. These people have no shame of their corruption.
I appreciate my neighbors. No rude behavior.
I don't appreciate a corrupt member of the Supreme Court. He's wrecking peoples lives .
Alito thinks he's above all us peasants!!! He thinks he doesn't have to answer to anyone.
At this point, you need political theater! The news is not covering this as it should, and we need this drastic reminder of corruption
I had the pleasure of working as an Officer of a very
large financial institution for more than twenty-five years.
Each of the more than fifteen thousand employees who
worked for that company signed a pledge of highest ethic
and integrity standards as a condition of employment.
Acceptance of gifts and gratitudes from clients were
forbidden and therefore discouraged. Violation of those
company rules would lead to immediate termination.
Similar stringent codes of conduct exist in the employ
of most institutions, except obviously the Supreme Court
Of The United States. Those men and women sitting on
the highest Court of the land must be held to standards
that are much higher than those for rest of us. Since they
are confirmed by the Senate, they should also answer to
that body and be prepared for random ethical reviews.
Members of this Supreme Court are unfit if they are stuck on this question: Do we have a King or not? It's not that hard!
Alito is gaslighting us.
Take care of this DOJ
Love it - great comment Nicolle! "Ten train stops past reasonable...."! Brava, brava!
Roberts is complicit in his silence and inaction, Alito, Thomas and Roberts all need to go. Americas trust in the law depends on it.
We don't want the Supreme court to have less power. We just want them to use their power fairly and alongside with the Law .
