This was my entire childhood. I wanted to make all of the art attacks but always failed each one....
Sounds sad

666 thats the 😈 not god and i love god
the feels
how old are u now?
This guy was like Monet when I was a kid, the art isn't so impressive now, but I love how he doesn't talk down to the kids. Just the right mix of enthusiasm and seriousness.
Like you said, not massively impressive in finesse, but showing kinds the amount of creative ways to approach art is more important!
Y
He's my fave host.
Ben Willock 我
Me too
i remember he'd always use tissues and glue to make a sculpture
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That fucking clay head used to scare the living shit out of me omg I remember actually crying because of it once
Same!
agreed
+Emily P well the new host from the new art attack scares me way more! and that damn tree thing
GrowingDownUnder wait, there's a new art attack show?
yeah with a new host, the show never finished
He was so creative when it came to creating the big images on the floor
This brings back so many memories. I loved this show as a kid.
I always wait for the big art.
+Faris Othman That was the part I hated lol
I was grinning from ear to ear as I read the comments. Everyone's waxing nostalgic and so am I😭. I grew up admiring Neil Buchanan's art (I even remember his name so clearly) and it was mostly thanks to this show that I developed my imagination and creativity. It also helped me impress family and friends! Will forever love this show. Oh how I miss the good old 90's shows! 😭
I've always thought the set looked amazing. Loved watching this show as a kid. Made me fall in love with art. Thank you
Man! As a child born in 1983 and being brought up in the early 1990's, this was a treat. No social media, in fact who needed Facebook from 2004 when in those days when you had this? This brings back childhood memories, thank you uploader, whoever you are.
90s was the best era in television
Thank you for making my childhood positive
I used to wonder when he was going to start using the huge props around him to create art haha, wow I havent seen this show since the mid 90s
That waste of paint at the beginning lol they must have had some money 😂
Kerri Carberry obviously did u not see the giant picture made of money xD
Kerri Carberry yeah that's what I thought as well
Hate how it's been a thing to pour paint now ( search acrylic pouring etc) since my friends and I were already inventing that(We felt like art geniouses!) in the 90's/00's but our teacher would always come and stop us because it was too expensive and not good for the environment... blah blah ... She didn't know she ruined our future TH-cam carrier right there 😅
Neil Buchanan, the only man to get a briefcase full of case and not run off with it. Good Guy Neil!
What’s not to love about art attack it was funny entertaining and innovating at the same time
I am from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 and I watched this dubbed by my native language Sinhalese .. Childhood memories for ever ❤️
This was the shit and great start of the day before going to school
I wonder how many security guards were on stand by for the big art attack.
My original art inspiration right here lads ❤❤👌
yes, same. what's your age? i will be 32 next month.
I'm due to attend a meeting to discuss fantastic issues about our company but I'm watching this instead.
Did you play this episode for them? Whatever you're selling, they'd surely buy it.
God when you're a kid your like it's pretty now when You're in your 20s you're just like I appreciate the art and I still have the inner kid in me saying let's do it XD
I remember making my bed a giant mural trying to recreate one of his big art projects. My parents weren't too pleased about it.
Jib Jib omg SAME
Fucking same!
I tried a lot of these when I was younger. I'm not so sad, because they still play it here.
that intro melody just gave me a nostalgasm
Yeah me too! One of the many shows that I loved to watch when I was young. Ah, the memories! :)
Fuck the poor sod who had to clean up after this man LOL
xD
Aazzl
I wouldn't mind clearing up all that money after him tho
Nobody. Probably he just takes em to his bedroom wall. The studio stays the same
Damn what's with all these feels? :/
DailyMunch hafta ask?

Lucas Cornelisse FUCKING h8 pinterest
😂
Is that a panda 🐼
Fun fact : In France, the show is presented by someone else, but the Big Art sequences remains with Neil, who is called "Neil le Grand Artiste" (Neil the Great Artist), and he is only seen during those sequences.
I think it is the case in all foreign versions of the show, and that's why Neil is never seen talking during Big Art sequences.
It is my one of my favourite programme I love this very much Thank you for making this programme for using ideas to make art☺😇🙋😀🏠 thank you very much
I was scarred from the Clay head
+sweetgirl19076 I'm glad I'm not the only one.

One of my first introductions to making stuff. Used to watch this religiously, and days before Sky plus where recording shows was a pain in the arse. Constant race to try and keep up with him! I remember making the Frankenstein coat hanger and also the shark going through the wardrobe decoration. Fun times.
This is my childhood memories right there.... Awwwwwwww....
never seen this show before but ill probably binge watch every episode
Childhood memories oh my god miss this so much x Rip old show omg hope it comes back omg love the theme music
as a child i always dreamt of having that kind of studio
Resolution gave me cancer, but GOD I LOVED THAT SHOW!!! Thanks for the nostalgia :'D
Neil Buchanan is Banksy
You called this years ago it's in the paper today and on the Internet hes banksy haha
Forgot about this show. Shows like this and the Magic School Bus were great to grow up with because you learned something new each episode.
THIS GUY GOT ME INTO ART OMG THE TUNE SO NOSTALGIA
I feel so old rewatching this. I just remembered i used to watch it as a kid.
I'm only 14.
This was the bomb when I was a kid. Any other art shows now can't beat the shit out of this, this was the best!
bob ross
Bob would send me to sleep in 5 minutes. I could at least sit through this one lol
The Domestic Hadouken haha that's called ASMR
Crazy quilt was pretty great too
Loved how they used the music from the movie Dragnet for the big art attack.
I can barely stand the nostalgia!
Remember kids. When someone leaves large piles of money in a suitcase behind always be sure to spread it around on the floor to create Queen Elizabeth II.
Between this and Hart Beat with Tony Hart inspired me to take up art and after 30 odd years, I'm still sketching
Awwwww I miss the Head!! XD
How have I only just realised he was scouse?! My guy!
