Sir I need your help,I used the following fertilizer in10" & 12" pot although it is hibiscus, vermi compost 2 mutthi, DAP 6 dana, potas 1tea spoon,npk 19:19:19 1 tea spoon,bone meal 2,neam cake 1 & super phosphate 1/2 tea spoon mixing all and pour in pot ,now plant in10" pot looking overdose means leaf's are fatigue what I will do?just 2 days over

I tried the DAP combination but then I noticed some white fungus like substance on the soil and lots of small mosquitoes?? Was it bcoz of mustard cake? Is it harmful and what should be done to resolve this??
Fungus is normal it will not disturb plant and for mosquito spray insecticide in gap of 15 days
