It is ridiculous what they expect you to go through to get hold of the beta of this map. It's like applying for a job! And with that, there is no chance that any non-German speakers can get the beta. Talk about self importance! ... and yet look at it !!! 2:35 It's like Spandau V9 or Grundorf V43.
In fact, I don't understand your problem on any level. For the Openbeta you only need a Discord account and the payware AddOns Berlin Line 300, BRT, Bad Hügelsdorf 2020 and Hamburg Line 20. There are some basic rules, which should normally be human standard, but unfortunately it is the OMSI community. You can also choose at the beginning if you want to do the registration in German or ENGLISH, if it also fails in English, then I can't help anymore. In minute 2:35 I can hardly see anything that is ‘Spandau’. Maybe you don't drive on Spandau often enough ;). This section is an early phase of map building, so it's mostly just roads, which is part of the development process. I hope my detailed reply to your comment has helped you.
