Meira Paibis Throng At Minister Khemchand’s Residence

Thousands of women tried to reach Minister Khemchand’s residence, demanding peace.
Thokchom Sujata, one of the women, insists that displaced people be allowed to return home if peace is restored in Manipur as hundreds of women from various parts of the state, including those displaced and living in relief camps, tried to meet with Minister Yumnam Khemchand to demand peace in Manipur.
The women were informed that Minister Khemchand was not at home when they arrived at his residence.
