Miss jen, this is out of context, but I just wanted to rant something about what happened to me after I prayed yesterday. This past month, I've been looking forward to having a vacation sa Chicago, but I was having second thoughts if itutuloy ko ba yung 3 day trip ko dun dahil my work is asking me if pwde akong mag cover ng shift ng kasama ko (which is malaki kasi yung overtime so pinag iisipan ko talaga). So, sabi ko kay Lord na, "Lord I wanted to go to this trip but at the same time, I will earn big din kaso Lord, need ko rin ng pahinga so pwde mo ba kong bigyan ng sign if I should just work then reschedule yung trip ko. Haha." So ngayon Miss jen, my mother called me sa Pinas and is asking for a $1000 for an installment for our new home. I could've said no pero gusto ko din kasing napo provide yung mga gusto ng mama ko pero at the same time malaki din yung 55k satin diba, and I just said YES right away without consulting my husband pa. Binida na din sakin ng mama ko yung bahay na gusto niya before pa but I really wasn't expecting that she'll ask for that much. So, my husband and i fought about it for a while (just because he knows na mejo maluho mama ko) hanggang sa naisip ko na kunin yung overtime shift para mabawi ko na lang yung ginastos ko sa mama ko PERO it cost me to overthink my decision too and question if this was really the sign that I was waiting. So yun, nagkaron na ng answer yung prayer ko which is just to cancel my trip (for processing naman na din yung refund sa hotel dapat namin haha). Pero na a-amaze ako kahit papano kasi I was able to get the answer pero di ako masaya dun sa part na I have to work and at the same time nag away pa kami ng husband ko. Yun lang, basahin mo lang miss jen if di ka na sobrang busy!
Hi Sis, it’s good na you went to God first and prayed. Yan lang naman din ma-advice ko pero digit add ko lang na next time siguro share mo Kay hubby yung papadala mo sa mama mo para Hindi niya ma-feel na unimportant siya.☺️ But seeking God’s guidance and Holy Spirit talaga Ang the best solution Sis.✝️🙏♥️
