While I am voting for Trump, I don't think he has that in him. Trump is who he is, and he has a solid 43% that will stick with him (me included). But he is incapable of reaching out to those who might love to find a reason to vote for him (policy issues) and prefers to do things like call Harris dumb and openly muse about her race. Vance seems more settled on policy issues, but people rarely vote based on the VP choice. Make no mistake, this comes down to Trump vs. Harris. The rest is just a distraction.

Never forget that Trump has different groups that make up his voters. One is like you and wants policy and thoughtful deep discussions. The other, and far larger, are the people who are tired of being stepped on by woke Fascist Democrats. He is campaigning to both groups very well.
Absolutely right. Very few voters are political geeks that pay attention to policy. Most people focus on personality and trust. Blue collar guys like him because he has a football game persona. People like me like him because he's authentic. Ladies don't like his abrasiveness. What he needs to do more of is to show how generous and kind he is to regular people. That will swing the women's vote even with his abrasiveness. It's really all about personality! My advice to him would be talk about policy, yes, but focus on why we can trust you.

I mostly agree with Mr. Hanson here. Never has there been a time that 'voting for the lesser evil' was necessary. Never has there been a time to reject the status quo, two-party system, and crony capitalism. Set term limits on ALL elected positions of governance, regulate government employees and stop foreign lobby interference.
