For dupatta...keep it for 10 to 15 minutes, if you are doing it on large fabric then keep it for 20 minutes atleast. These are fabric dying colours , they stay same after washing but you should dry it under shadow.

ACC to instructions on kadam dye pouch, we hv to boil the fabric for 1/2 hour ???but aapne hot water liya hai, fabric boil nahi kiya.
It's not necessary to boil fabric, you can use hot water instead. When you work with lots of fabrics then its easy to boil them. You can use cold water also but when you do large fabric it's good to use boiling water.
