Assumption: we are dealing with a line. For the line with end points A(a,b,c) and B(d,e,f), first scale them both according to s. [scaling] Then fix one end point of the scaled line to either A or B, and find the new co-ordinates of the other endpoint. [translation] Then simply rotate the line along x, y and z axis with angles alpha, beta and gamma. [3 rotations] If the 5 transformation matrices from above steps are P, Q, R, S and T respectively, then the required composition transformation matrix is given by = T x S x R x Q x P In order to get co-ordinates of the final line, multiply this product with the homogenous representation of each co-ordinate either one-by-one, or together(as shown in end of video) - your wish. PS- Fixing one endpoint at (0,0,0) allows you to bypass the translation step, but then it's not a general solution.
