I recently replaced the fuel pump. I read that this component also had to be replaced this module. I have the same symptoms. Even after fuel pump replacement.
@@MandelaoDigital my car would get fuel system malfunction on idrive and then just die and would die instantly when trying to turn it on. Would turn on and work fine after letting it sit for 30minutes
@@LuisGee ahh ok thanks! I’ve been looking to find a replacement and also thought about buying some insulation tape to put around the module to help the overheating

@@LuisGee It came back as a fuel supply issue.
EDIT: It may actually be this module. It is 82°F where I live.

@@LuisGeewas your car shutting off when it was hot also? I noticed I only had this problem when it’s extremely hot outside.
