I'm so happy for LaToya London. She was my favorite American Idol contestant of all time. When she was eliminated I just stood and stared at the TV for an hour. I was shell-shocked. I'm dedicating this song to my family members who are struggling in their relationships without hesitation. About 30 seconds of listening to this song's lyrics--My heart went out to my daughter and wonderful son-in-law who were settled on getting Divorced after being together for over 12 years and 3 children later. This was actually one of the worst heart-breaking announcements that I could have received in during the pandemic. This news of course crushed my inner desire to one day surprise them with moving back down to our hometown and creating a estate/homestead. I had hopes that the two of them would be successors because he 's a protector, he's brave, he's bold enough to speak up and stand up for those he loves and he's proved to have successful ran his own family and home so well throughout it all.
Praying all works out for the best!
Praying they are able to reconcile. However, still create your homestead for your daughter and grandkids. That might be the very thing she needs help with to bring them back together. COVID stressed a lot of marriages that had hidden cracks and didn’t survive the extra pressure COVID placed on them. The world is changing and more people are wanting to build on family land. Still do that for your family.

Women who are loyal, honest and most important loving, genuine, compassionate🙏🏻 😌 I was raised in a strong beautiful black family foundation so my first memory of how a man is suppose to treat a woman and vice versa came from my parents who were loving and respectful to each other and even when they had disagreements it would be behind closed doors. I didn't hear fighting, yelling, name calling, etc.......adults especially couples who love and are in love with each other know how to agree to disagree without fighting. And thats the type of man I married, a man like my Dad and I'm still happily married, I Thank God every day/note for my blessings 🙏🏻💯❤😌 no one is perfect but it's not hard to be a good person, a child of God 😐 we as flawed, imperfect ppl make it hard ourselves and its sad/disheartening to say the least. Glad to Latoya London sharing her beautiful gift. The last time, I saw her perform was with Fantasia in the play Color Purple out here in Los Angeles. I also remembered Simon calling her, Fantasia, and Jennifer Hudson "The Three Divas" on season 3 of American Idol. Lastly, this song is authentic R&B, with beautiful lyrics, not none of that overly sexualized crap that is out there. This should be number one on the R&B billboards.
