Probation is different and at the same time the same as parole. Parole you get if u went to jail and got out early with time left they put u on parole, u can get probation as a punishment and as a post jail term.

At least in my country you're not allowed to use mind altering substances in prison or on probation. So if you're on probation, they going to make random visits at least once a week and test you for alcohol. If you drank anything at all, you're going straight to jail right away to wait while they fix everything and find you a place in prison.

No disrespect but you haven’t got a clue what you’re talking about. There’s a very small minority of people who go to trial facing Rico charges, and the ones that do try their luck at trial generally get very long level sentences. Most of these rappers who get charged under the RICO act plea out and do exactly what Gunna did, the only difference is we saw Gunna’s plea bargain play out on camera. Artists like Casanova & Bobby Shmurda have all plead out when facing hefty RICO charges, which means by your logic this makes them a snitch also which is ridiculous…

They just had more evidence against them so they got to serve time and gunna got time served because they barely had any eveidence on him. That’s the ONLY difference.
