DIY Cat Costume

This is a darling and simple cat costume that you can make yourself. This three part tutorial will teach you how to make a cat tail, tutu, and cat ears for your little kitty.
You will need:
Cat Tail
Wire Hanger
Small Feather Boa
Hot Glue
Elastic
Tutu
Black Tulle 5 yds or so
Cat Ears
Felt
Satin like fabric
Thread and needle
Hair Clips
Hot Glue
Little bit of Felt

So i was making this for a costume party at my BFFs place.
My idea :
Black Top
Black skirt
Cat ear headband (cardstock on a headband)
Tail
Stockings
Makeup
And i couldn't find a way for the tail.
