    Thank you for another fabulous series of videos! You are a delight and I can't wait for your next series!!
    I am going to continue working on my routines. Over the past seven days I have shifted some of my morning things over to the afternoon. I realized I was trying to do too much before going to my job. My bedtime routine is becoming more automatic which is good for my mornings.
    I think the hardest thing for me was customizing the "suggested" routines to fit my schedule. I realized "The Routine Police" are not going to come get me if I let the dog out before I get dressed to shoes!

    Boy oh boy! I did NOT want to do my little challenge today...but I DID IT. And, though, I had to grit my way through, once on the other side, I feel so good physically...and feel good about myself mentally. Looking forward to stepping forward tomorrow, adding on and moving forward. Thank you, thank you Sooo Much!

    I'm decluttering a lot. Making life simpler. I've been keeping up with everything. House looks amazing. My sister visited this Saturday and said "I don't know how you do it?" I introduced her to Flylady. Lol

    Hi Diane and Flybaby Sisters! I am in a season of headaches, which is difficult. In spite of this I did a tiny evening routine (1 minute only as I was able) It made me proud to do what I could when I could and took me out of self pity. My next goal is to try to stretch it to 2 minutes if possible in keeping with Flylady's May challenge. This season will pass eventually and in the meantime I will check in here for some daily inspiration. Love and virtual hugs to you all! -Jana from Idaho-

    Well, this week was my 1st Weekly Home Blessing and I am looking forward to that becoming a habit, along with adding in the daily focus. I intend to come back to these videos often as an inspiration for my different routines. Thanks Diane, you're wonderful!

    Did my morning routine. Now that I'm doing all of my routines with more regularity and decluttering along the way, I am going to start on regularly doing the Weekly Home Blessing Hour.

    Hi there! I did it, I made it, I got over the finish line! Unbelievable, I accomplished something that I wanted to do in so many months now: to have a good evening routine and go to bed at a decent time! And all thanks to you, Flylady Diane and all you other Flybabies!
    You can do anything with an accountability partner, this is at least true for me.
    Please, please, please continue with these kind of challenges, this gets me going!
    Are there som Flybaby groups out there somewhere? I have read something about Flylady Bingo, but that seems to be something old. It is so helpful to read all the comments, thanks to all of you for sharing!

    Hi Flylady Diane 😊 Can I just say, what a delight you are to watch! I have been following your TH-cam channel for the past month. I have checked out your 31 day baby steps. You make it look so easy and doable and manageable. Rather than feeling the overwhelm which I have for the past 10 years, your short videos have provided me with hope & inspiration. My children and my husband already see the more happier and relaxed me. I feel that a weight has been lifted off from my shoulders and I am able to enjoy everyday things without feeling guilty about not completing my household chores, because with the Flylady System I am able to break down (with the timer) the tasks & chores and feel good about having completed them. I "thank you" wholeheartedly for coming into my life and brightening my days! God bless you. Much love & hugs 💐💝

    I just finished 31 babysteps and I am going to do the weekly home blessing today, I do not have to be at work until 9:45 so I am going to do dusting and glass this morning and garbage, vaccum and mop when I get home. I am also going to slowly implement the fly lady system into my businesses, (I work a few hours outside the home and also work from home) paperwork is a huge problem for me but now I feel like I can do it without the overwhelm. Thanks so much!

    We did it!! Thanks for "cheering" us on! I am at the in between stage of still decluttering in the worst zones, but doing the zone cleaning in the ones that I have finished decluttering. What I want to try to focus on is the Basic Weekly Plan. I already switched up a couple of the days to better fit my life, and assigned which days to do which tasks. My problem is that I don't actually follow it. I honestly forget all about it & just fall into my old habits of doing things all mixed up-which is hectic & tiring. I know it would really simplify my life and I would love it, if I could just start doing it!!

      In the beginning I wrote the days of the basic weekly plan into my diary - Monday, WBH - Tuesday, Plan and Play. But, of course, you have to remember to look at your diary! LOL

    Thank you for the inspiration, Diane! Greetings from the Pacific Northwest of USA. I was a FlyBaby more than 10 years ago, still do much of the routines, but with this quarantine I have 5 more weeks of home time. I watched this series and now I will go over the 31 days to refresh my memory and get to work! Yay!

Diane love your videos - I am originally from Scotland and I too have that special birthday this year 😆 my gift to myself is getting my house in order and after just one month the difference is amazing ... the last seven days just put the tin lid on it 🖖 going forward I am going to do the zones ... bank holiday here so my treat today is to spend few hours in garden .... I won't feel guilty as all my chores are done .... Going to watch your evening routine later as an additional treat .... I could listen to you all day .... céad míle maith agat 🤗

    I stumbled on yesterday; I refused doing my dishes (my load of laundry) because I'm done with doing the dishes at half past 12 midnight.
    But today I finished everything, before 12 midnight!
    So, what I'm looking forward to is the weekly home blessing. Somehow I never feel like getting the vacuum cleaner so I really have something to make up for.

    Yay! We did it. Since I work outside of the home I focused on my night routine and stuck to it even when I didn't want to. Thank you for the encouragement. I still need to improve on my morning routine as well as utilizing my control journal and meal planning.

    Well it's done. I did 6 out of 7 days morning routine, but I also did my evening routine most of those days. So hope I get mixed credits for doing two routines most of a week! Missed the 7th day's morning routine due to getting up in the middle of the night for my first marathon. By the way, that could have gone better. I ended up having to drop out at mile 17 and did not finish the marathon (after months of training)! But my husband did make it and completed the race. Go him!

    Oh my goodness! Is this the origin story of the iconic pom poms and your encouraging cheer?Subscribed awhile back but felt a little lost on the system so decided to watch your videos from day one. Seems silly to admit that your lil cheer really effects me in a such positive way, but it does. Teaches me to celebrate the wins and silence the very loud self critic. Your enthusiasm with this cheer inspired me on a day I had none of my own. All the affirmations in the world can't compare to "go me". You aren't just teaching organization and tidying. You are teaching self love and confidence.

    I'm re-watching your videos,and posting to my FlyLady Friends group, and they're so helpful!! We have been watching your videos along with following FlyLady's daily Flight Plans since March 2017. We started with the 31 Babysteps. You are absolutely right! Small changes yield BIG rewards. During this 7-day challenge, I tamed mt laundry!! Here's how: I've been waking early (5 or 5:30) to read my Bible and pray. When I do, I start a load of laundry so it can run before we start to get ready for work. In the evening, that load (and maybe one more) gets dried, folded, and put away. No more "Mt. Washmore"!! Small change; big reward!! ☺ Thank you for your videos!!! (My grandmother was English and my sisters and I just adore you!! 5/7 are in my group of FlyLady Friends. ~Susanna G. Flying in PA

    Hello Diane! YAY! GO US FLYBABIES! you are looking lovely! Today shall be a long day, last of my marathon session days (till next weekend) then off to work, so I shall just check in fast after my evening routine before crashing...last night I did not want to lay out my clothes (!!) since I have to change in the middle of the day from decluttering to work gear...then I thought, no, I am going to prepare it NOW! :-) I am currently focusing on decluttering intensely, I have done a first round of depth decluttering in bathroom and kitchen (the smallest but high impact rooms), will need to do much more in the next "rounds" when the rest of the house is - hopefully - done, but they are "decent"/good enough for now, so my next steps will be keeping on implementing parts of the 31baby steps/building my routines, with the things I can do now, without worrying of doing too much too soon. I will probably still focus on my evening routine, as you said, it is the most important part for me as working out of the house. My morning routine seems to be easier, it's got to be quick and organized, and I have noticed that the more I do in the evening the easier my mornings are. THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS! Enjoy the sun!!

    Thank you for this wee challenge Diane. It's been very motivating and so helpful to read all the comments. I still have plenty of decluttering to do but I would like to learn more about the weekly plan. I do the WHB on a Monday but that's it really. Tonight I'm treating myself to a candlelit bath, an early night and I've been to the library and borrowed 'The Inimitable Jeeves.'

    Hi Diane, I am a minimalist and have been decluttering for a long time. But I am looking forward to zone cleaning because I am guilty of starting and not stopping until I'm exhausted, or not started because I think I have to do everything in one day. I love the home blessings and I'm getting used to using the timer. I love this system, it's great! Thank you Diane

    Hi, Flylady Diane, I am in the middle of my morning routine but almost done but had to watch your video. Your videos help get me so motivated to keep going. I am still pretty new but will do my weekly home blessing today. I am looking forward to the zone decluttering the most. That has me stressed out where I am scared to actually start.     Thank you for 7 wondeful days. I have done my morning routine and the house is looking pretty tidy. I need to do a 15 minute hot spot in the office where there is a pile of paperwork and then I'm off into my greenhouse where it is toasty warm. Hubby is still building the wall, but after all it is 15m long !! xx

    Day Seven of Diane's Challenge, I completed my morning routine, with some effort. I'm having an "off" day, with nothing specific - it's spring here and pollen is sky high, sinuses are leaving me feeling dragging, but I muddled through. Also, I pushed myself to de-clutter, but only for 15 minutes (thank you timer) and did two loads of laundry, one load we no longer want and they are going to the charity shop and another load of our clothes. So, half halfheartedly, go me! :-) Edit: Oh, PS, Diane, your saying how much you dislike making phone calls -- today we got our cable TV bill, which is ridiculously high, so I called the cable company and told them I was stopping their service - the representative cut my bill from $190.87 a month to $139.00 a month, plus tax. (without losing any channels or the DVR box)! So a big GO ME! Ha. I asked the representative how she was able to drop the monthly fee, she said: "it is a special offer for you". Ha. I guess anything not to lose a customer!

    Last night, for the first time, I shined my sink on my own without delegating part of the work to my daughter. She was happy for me, although she has told me that she enjoys the night dish duty because of our new dishwasher. But for now, there has been less and less for her to do because I keep getting better at my nightly routine ;) Thank you Diane for your videos. Looking at your fresh perspective and beautiful home encourages me to steal some of that joy for my own home. I do so love your rounded door frames and oval doors there in Denmark!

    That is the best I think of the System, the whole just does not feel overwhelming anymore. Everything is so simple since it is divided in small pieces. I rotate the zones and don’t care of what portion goes next. Everything will get done when it has to ... worry noooo more. Thanks God.

    Zone cleaning, definitely zone cleaning. The clutter is gone from my main rooms. Still need to do room rescues on the garage and basement, but I'd like the inside of the house shine.

    I didn't quite manage to do day 7. I started way too late and felt a little off after dinner, so was far too tired to do everything on my list of my evening routine. However, I did manage to clear the kitchen and shine my sink - which I never would've done before! I would've just gone up to bed. So I still pat myself on the back for giving myself a clean kitchen :D

    Hy from chilly Scotland.Got the routines going, zone cleaning I used to have a lady clean for me once a week she had to give up , but I decided not to look for a cleaner, I now follow the fly lady method therefore saving some cash for home projects,however I near to sort out meal planning and shopping. Thank you Diane for your motivation always look forward to your videos.

    yesterday missed routiine in morning especially since I bought so many tops all over the place.. So I have to make a decision as to which ones I want send others back.. also go through my closets dressers and let go.. I could feel my old self get overwelmed.. So now its a day later getting back on track.. God bless you.. I do need structure and shown how to do things.. Love you alot Diane.. Hugs!!!!!

    I did my evening routine for day seven but didn't get a chance to post. I am going to challenge myself to seven more days of the evening routine. I have trouble with consistency so this will help me keep up ! Thanks for the motivation.

    Hi Diane, I've been Flying for a couple of months now, and the next thing I'd like to figure out is how to implement daily missions into my routines, as well as continue to declutter and do room rescues...I can't seem to get it all going on at the same time...either I have time to declutter, or do the mission cleaning, or do all my errands on errand day... but not all on the same day...and my home really needs it! I feel like I want to play catch-up, even though that is probably my perfectionism talking..: )

      Please don't beat yourself up, Nancy! Just do what you can. As I've said before, I don't do *all* the missions - I do a little bit of work in each zone and my house is pretty good. Not perfect but good enough!

      Me too. I would even use the timer on my oven, but with that, the downfall was that I often didn't hear it go off. I know you don't need to buy anything special, but I feel much more encouraged looking at that little timer :) Hope you get one!

    I really want to ESTABLISH a good evening routine for myself. I think I have enough parts to it, just want to get it to be that great habit that I can almost do without thinking.
    Second, I would like to implement that basic weekly plan better, get myself into a schedule of writing down things so I can do them at the appropriate time....get it so there IS an appropriate time.

I like very much your evening routine video which is almost like mine.I've learn a lot from you and your videos and my house is very much clean and fresh.But what I cannot follow is the weekly home blessing hour mostly because during the week I'm not at home until night and the paperwork. It is so boring. It will be my next challenge.Thank you again.

    Last week I started with the Basic Weekly Plan-thinking, that's what I want to dive deeper into. I expect to be less stressed by knowing that I will do tasks at a fixed day in the week.
    I also have a question about the Plan&Play and the Anti-Procrastination day: which day suggests Flylady to pay the bills?

    I'd love to see some videos on detail cleaning (e.g. cleaning the oven, painting the walls, etc) , but only be 5 minutes or less to watch and do. That would seem to invoke the FL system to a T, and it would be great to see what was covered in those time spans.

    This has been a great challenge, it has made my new routines more regular. Now I'll countinue to develop new habits! I'm curious about the anti-procrastination day and errand day as I think it can help me a lot.

    I'm comfortable with my routines & I've managed the Weekly Home Blessing as I have purged/decluttered our home the past couple of months. Now I'm ready to take the next step but I'm not sure where to start. How do I mesh the Zones, Missions & Basic Weekly Plan? Where do I begin?😳

    I forgot the favorite drink. Mine is ice tea, black with lemon and mint. I've started my morning routine but barely. My daughter works third shift so first I have three kids to get ready. But I'm not complaining, at least I don't have to go to a job too, like so many mom's. I remember those days. I just looked up at this mirror in my living room. I just cleaned it a couple days ago and some little 4 year old has smeared their hands on it. It just never ends. lol. I love your outfit today, so pretty.

    Hello Diane,I've done my morning routine every seven days and Its nice with your encouraging voice!My home is quite decluttered and my question is: when in the day do you do your mission of details cleaning? I'm still surching the good habit...An other question for the flybabies: how do you wash underwears? Hot (60°C) or more cold (40°C)? I use ecological wash products with 40°C but sometimes I'm not sure that it is enough for the hygiene...Thank you for every thing! Much love from Geneva Switzerland. Natacha

      It depends on my work day, but usually I do a mission in the morning (when I have most energy). Remember that you don't have to do 5 missions per week or any set number. Just set your timer for 10 or 15 minutes and do a little when you can!

    @ Jean-Noel: You can wash your underwear more cold (40 C). So do I.If you want you can do a hotter wash every 4 or 5. week.
    @Nancy - that were my feelings when I startet Flylady....which time for zone cleaning, when shal I do Home Blessing...oh stop! My Routines!!! Now I do what I can - for 15 minutes, for 5 minutes, sometimes for less than 2 minutes!
    Diane, the 7 Day Challenge was so helpful again! I also look at the older videos, they inspire me so much. Next I want to see all the Babysteps again. And have fun when I realize: I make a good job!

    I need to figure out how to do more detail cleaning in the zones. I don't seem to get it done well enough I still see things I am not getting done

    My next step is to start again with the 7 day challenge - to become consistant with:
    shining my sink AND washing all dishes

      For me I hope that I will be able to say after another 7 days: I have accomplished my 14 days challenge and after this perhaps a 21 days challenge and after this perhaps a 28 days (nearly a month's challenge) - cause it is so difficult for me to be consistant with washing up all the dishes in the evening - and I don't want any longer that the kitchen sink and the counter look like a mess...

      I cannot restart with the 31 babysteps as I am not consistant. So there was no big change though I did the 31 babysteps twice as I did every day a new thing but did not manage to be consistant with all the previous steps. So I am looking forward to my 14 day challenge !!!
