Ljubljana is the capital city of Slovenia. The city center (square) normally it is decorated with lights also with a lively sounds, a nightlife full of spirits of christmas season! But today, as we held our Filipino-Slovenian Christmas party here in the capital city, we decided to take a walk & check the lights. In our surprise, its empty! Small shops(stalls)bars, and cafes are all closed! Due to the implemented restrictions of the Slovenian government.
