    Thanks for this video, after you upgraded have you seen any configuration settings changed or erased? Also how long is the ASA down after you reload?

      I haven't but it's a good idea to back up the config. Down for about 5 minutes.

      You would have to boot into the Confreg and choose the old ios to boot instead.

      You need to have a support contract with Cisco for that. You may find someone who works in the business willing to provide one for testing.
