Russo u have to work on the best exercise for different muscles heres a list i hope it helps-
Forearm- wrist curl
Biceps- hammer curl
Triceps- tricep curl
Shoulder- push press
Back- lat pulldown
Chest- bench press
Abs- crunches
Legs- leg press
Calves- front squat
Thats pretty much it and also this game is VERY grindy. Trust me, i am on emperor and its not easy

dude goodluck with the next progression, im f2p and im on plasma body alter, it takes HOURS to get enough stamina and to max out even just 1 body part, legit took me 2 hours to max out my abs
