"I thought about it when I was laying in bed this morning and I didn't write it down." Wow, I feel your pain. I think I have said that at least two or a thousand times in my life.
Cam sounds solid 👌 also sounds like it would like a little more timing. I wouldn't get hung up on a should-be timing number the dynamics of every engine is different and people tend to get hung on static numbers
Looks as though he is not planning hood sides - coil over mounts also would be a problem for sides. But it will look great with those valve covers out on the open.
Seems like waste of money installing an Ardun conversion kit on top of a 1932 block with only 3 main bearings holding it together....it is a nice looking car though...
Those Ardun heads makes that flathead sound and look sweet, that’s a beautiful piece of art.
I love watching experienced ole heads work you can learn so much with laughter.

The process of doing that to a flathead is amazing.
It sounds good.
Ole Duntov designed some great heads. I know a guy with a 40 Ford Coupe with V8, standard trans and glass packs that sounds like a love song.
Sounds great boys, what a ride!
Looks and sounds great
looks great with factory roof not chopped to sunglasses
This was brilliant - just like me and my best mate 😅
Super quality build guys . I agree though the yellow springs draw the eye to much.
I remember seeing 1/4 speed double lobe camshafts in 50s @ 60 hot rod magazine. Including the larger cam sprocket / gear
Looks like you may need a water pump riser, to get the fan centerd
Looks so cool 👍 but that Fram filter 😆 seriously though nice car!
Kool Beanz......haven't seen ya on the HAMB lately!
same first time beautiful car
That's one sweet Ford. Sounds healthy. Solid lifters?

It must of been the blinker fluid was running out of the steering column LOL!!!
Did you say “cavorting in DC? If so what years would that have been?
La belleza del flathead es justamente eso,las cabezas planas,cuál es el sentido de por válvulas a la cabeza?
Very classy build....one recommendation, drop the yellow paint on the springs. It's a bit of a distraction from your build.
Well you kids are sure havin' fun. But with the ARDUN OHV conversion, it's time to stop calling it a flathead.
I like the manual water temp gauges for that reason and that's all, I install older vehicles.
when you try to put the grill shell on I think you will find it won't fit unless you cut the front corners off and re weld them
Sounds pretty nice! Running the engine in a closed space is unhealthy!!
A flathead made to look like a hemi?
Ardun hemi OHV converted...
You need to have the car running when you check the trans fluid level, and it sounds like it needs the rockers adjusted
Not to check if there is fluid in the trans you don't
Why have the carburetors on there if you don't want to run it like that
Grumpy old guy
I think that engine would look Better in Mike's car. And m
00 n approves it
The lifters or rockers are really noisy. Maybe you have not adjusted the rockers after a heat cycle? Sounds like a diesel. Beautiful car.

What rockers? Its a flat head, the adjuster is on the lifter
@@connorarnold9362 - It's OHV hemi now...
BuzzLOLOL Ohhhhh alright my bad
Solid lifters so will be making some noise...
The Picaso of Flatheads no more... @ $25,000 plus?
I’m so sad when I see billet tilt columns in a car like that. Oh well.
Somehow the oil came out of the coloum 😆
I see a HUGE mistake
That FRAM filter.
Please put antifreeze inside the radiator
I keep trying to get a look at that white race car. Meanwhile this guy is trying to diagnose a leaky steering column.
Not a hot rod motor my ass you better put some water or antifreeze in it before you cook them main bearings out of it
Sure doesn't look like any Flathead that I've ever seen and I have seen a lot of them
Yeah, it's now an OHV hemi...
That’s not a flathead
Seems like waste of money installing an Ardun conversion kit on top of a 1932 block with only 3 main bearings holding it together....it is a nice looking car though...
Isn't that all the flattys have,3 mains?
