I’ve been doing what you have been doing since level 70, got to level 155 using it and I continued to 160 normally, it only took me just 2 months to get to 160.
It depends on you armor, if your health is lower than the expected outcome you should add health to 4 or 15, and put the remaining points to mage or warrior (depends on what you pick) also if your a healer, then put it all in health
