Section 324 PPC - Attempt to Murder in urdu - Case law

If due to enmity, someone attempts to commit murder of some other person. In this situation, section 324 PPC is added in FIR. Though, the police adds the offence however, it is the court who determines the applicability of offences whether such offence attracts or not to that particular case. I have given reference of a reported judgment 2020 YLR Note 23, in which section 324 was added by police but the court considered that offence under section 324 does not attract.

If fire is hit in the legs then it will come under 324 or not.and in such2case bail will be granted or not

You can shot with your licensed weapon, section 100 PPC allows you in self defense.
