Digital Diary of SMITH TUTTLE 92-96
Before I started Tie Dye Kitty, there was Smith Tuttle, my first band in the 90's in the islands of Trinidad and Tobago.
This is our first and only demo tape, that we recorded on 8 track tape in a small recording studio in Goodwood Park, it was the only studio we could afford and that would be the only recording of 3 of the 5 songs we wrote and performed in those days.
This demo tape was never released to the public, because that would mean we would have to stand the cost of dubbing copies to sell, and as you guessed it, we could not afford that either.
So here are the songs:
1) Buying My Silence
2) Elude
3) Me And My Anatomy
Also included is the music video for "Suncaps" at the height of our days on the local rock scene.

I posted this because no one really heard the music we made outside of the shows we performed, and I have been sitting on it for years.
I even lost my own copy, and had to get it back from one the very few people that had it.

Young-Wing, stop lying..Dead Martyrs was your first band..You were still at St. Joseph High School..How do I know this? Because I founded Dead Martyrs, I left Trinidad 30 something years ago.

Mark, I have absolutely no beef with you, but no one cares, no one cares about Dead Martyrs or Smith Tuttle anymore.
So I could lie all I want, it wont change the price of rice.
I am just documenting a part of my life that happened 30 years ago.
