The trick to eat chilli crap pincers is start by removing the cracked casing bit by bit. From there use a small metal spoon to scrape the meat. No need to crack if the chef had already did.
I'll be in Singapore in March and have never tried chili crab before. Your vlog has inspired me to give it a go! (Though I noticed your bib was stain-free at the end of your meal; I'm certain mine won't be.) I dream of those flavors. 🙌😘

There are a lot other restaurants in Singapore that offer Chili Crab without charging you an arm or a leg! It is way too overpriced! There is this other restaurant named, “No Signboard” restaurant that can rival them. And plenty others too! You are tourist and hence what better than milk you more money😂😁😊!
