These one which you have seen right now are survival from the place. If they credited properly, it could have deleted. It's really too bad, though. Yeah, well it's actually possible to avoid taking damage from Sakuya's knives, even if you're frozen in time. It's a nifty ability called Graze, which, in the Touhou fighters, happens every time you dash. Only works for avoiding shot attacks, but Sakuya's knives do count as shot attacks, so... And yeah, I did in fact graze some of Sakuya's knives while frozen in time in Touhou 12.3 (Or was that in SWR?)

Oh, and there's Shingyoku, the first boss of the first game, which had three forms, one of which appeared to be a male Shinto priest. I'm filing that thing under nonhumanoid since one of its other forms is a giant yin-yang orb.
